I'm so very happy for you. I can't say I've been consistently working out for a year like you, but it's crazy how being around nature and doing something that works you out changes you and how you think. I've gone biking more and more in the last few months and I absolutely love it. Been on vacation for a bit and watching this is just the motivation I needed to get back into the habit. It's all these little choices we make every day that add up to something incredible in the end - because in a way, you deciding to make a vlog of this inspired me (and a lot of other people), so thank you very very much!

Heeeeeell yeah bro! A whole year of hard work and effort. One year building a solid foundation for the rest of your life. It's so very noticeable how your attitude improved. That's for sure the biggest takeaway from this, how much happier you are. Physical well-being is nice, but mental is so much bigger.
Losing two pounds in a month while not meticulously counting your calories isn't bad at all. It's very easy to plateau. Good on you that you're weighing stuff more seriously now, that will make a big difference, if you're doing it right of course haha.
Your planned exercise schedule sounds really fun! Lots of variation, keeps it fresh. It's pretty meaty, following that will keep you in great shape! Remember it's more about sticking to the habit than keeping yourself motivated.
Haha it must be quite confronting sometimes to hear yourself say things you're gonna do in the recordings. I wouldn't even know about all the things I say. When I want to do something I do it immediately or plan when to do it in my phone, really helps keeping my mind clear and not feeling like I missed something.
"YO!" *smashes door shut* "HOW'S IT GOING" no idea why that was so funny to me but that really cracked me up.
You ran in skate shoes?!?! How did you not get injured more?! You madman. Feeling a big difference with the new shoes?
Yeah man! Totally right, no week is more important than another. It's about this moment, about keeping to show up, no matter what day, no matter what year.
Keep it going, James. This train ain't stopping! If you need this blog, use it. Yay shout out

Yo dude! much much love , that is a big thing i have noticed its really cool. Though i'm still very much on a journey it really is very encouraging to see the benefits and realise how worth it it all was! mental is everything for me!
Yeah its still good! this past month has bin tough with injuries so i am happy that its not knocked me of course to much, and the scales are so good just the extra calories i notice that i am not having anymore and still feeling full is great !
Yes its a good plan though i know its not gonna be possible every week its just a general habbit to stick to ! these days i actually feel i need to exercise to keep myself on a good level, if i cant it kind of drives me crazy and its a really good sort of addiction to have i guess.
haha i just rewatched that and it is a big dramatic haha i was so happy after my run
Yes skate shoes, they really weren't all that bad tbh it was just they really started to become worn but it is a lovely difference to go to actual running shoes! before i was avoiding parts of the ground because of stones and stuff now its not as much of a big deal.
No work is more important than the other indeed , we just gotta keep showing up dude!
i'm not sure what the podcast would be either just me talking like my intros or even discussing things with people , its more of a thought at the moment because i still rely heavily on documenting my activities to keep acountable but i think it could be good
and yes! year 2 man that is crazy
      big love dude x

Nice job man, I remember watching one of your covers way back and subscribing. Great job over the year, I've though similar battles. Have you considered riding a bike? It would open new horizons and less impact on the body.
