I watched season 4 episode 75, and then read the rest of the story through manga. I cant begin to describe the brilliance Isayama has, to create such a wonderful masterpiece. I could write for days, describing the thorough emotional journey that we were taken through, right from eren’s childhood till his death. I just wanna cry at this point, being a 13 yr old, this was a LOT to digest. But I love the beauty of the story, the irony and the relations and tight bonds between characters. Even the hate between the Marleys and Eldians has a feeling of anger and hate attached to it. The…. personality given to each character was given by Isayama as though he is god, creating actual Humans. I also wouldn’t be surprised if AOT was a real ordeal that had happened(yes, I know it’s fictitious, but it will stay real for me always). Anyways, u are a legend if u made it till the bottom of this comment, keep loving AOT. (Mikasa is my fav. tbh) Have a nice day.

Eren: W-wait i was the one who brainwashed father?!
Future Eren: Always have been
You dropped this, 👑🤏🏽
But with which power future Eren brainwashed his father, founding titan or Attack Titan power ? I don‘t understood this part.. :/
@@ObitoBerkay basically Eren enters the coordinate through Zeke, who had royal blood. Combined with Eren's founding titan. However, it was through the attack titan's ability to see other user's memories and the fact that they were inside the coordinate, that allowed Eren to interfere with Zeke. I think
I think the right word for this should be forced not brainwashed since eren forced his father to eat the founding titan. How? Since griesha has the ability to see the future he saw eren and zeke in paths.
Eren was just like Okabe
The fact that Eren didn't fall to the floor in absolute shock and horror right as he touched Historia's hand is actually kind of remarkable when you realize this dude literally saw everything, like at once his entire past and future all happening right in front of him instantly, all fragmented and incoherent happening in a matter of seconds. Spent 4 years trying to find another solution and was surprisingly sane considering the circumstances, but then realized the reason he made this choice in the future is because he had no others, then had to come to terms with what he was about to do alone. Feels bad man.
That scene has so much meaning now. Eren was stuck in the middle of his past and future, trying to separate what had happened from what would happen
@BLADE He had the freedom to do things differently except if he wanted this specific outcome to occur he simultaneously had no choices at all, ironically he was the biggest slave of all in order to set his loved ones up to possibly obtain the freedom he could never have himself.
@@rolltide9897 I think people also misunderstand what Eren meant when he said "why did I even do this? I forgot" in 139. Before accessing the Founders power he simply saw the future laid out by his future self and had no idea what lead him to make those decisions so he spent 4 years trying to alter the course. But, once he made it to Marley and the pieces began to fall into place he realized that the reason he ended up making those decisions is because in order to even have a chance at saving everyone he literally had no other options, Willy declaring war was the point of no return so Eren decided to fully commit to ensuring this future he foresaw played out but still didn't know everything on the same level he did by the end.
Only when he accessed the Founder did he fully understand the scope of what was taking place and was fully able to see his past and future happening all at once in front of him, he spent what probably felt like years in the paths during the Rumbling, looking over his entire life and future having nothing to do but think and this REALLY fucked him up mentally like even more so than he was before. That's why by the time he spoke to Armin in the paths he was just a fucking mess as the power of the Founder completely ruined his mind and his thoughts were a incoherent jumble of past and future happening all at once. He told Armin at the very beginning why he did it, to make them heroes in the same way Helos was by having them become the saviors of humanity. The part he couldn't quite understand was why he was this way, why he was willing to keep moving forward toward freedom if not for himself than for those he loved no matter how immoral or personally painful it was, he pushed all of that aside and just kept going even if it meant leveling the entire world he would do it in the name of freedom regardless of the pain he caused, that was the part of himself he still didn't understand.
@BLADE both of those options ultimately result in marley flattening paradis.
@@Hammer56Time great explanation. The story of Eren Jeager is truly tragic
These edits are really amazing
I don't think he saw everything from the get go. He only unlocked the memories that were sent to his father from his future self, so he knew just a couple of things, like that he would make the rumbling happen. When he became the founder titan he actually see the future and saw his defeat.
Anyway i love this edit

SPOILER (I don't know if you've read the manga, so I prefer putting this disclaimer just to be sure. If you've done, please read my answer :D)
Actually, this is not completely correct. Let me explain.
First of all, Eren didn't see everything. The ability of the Attack Titan is not exactly what Grisha said about it: its ability consists in being able to send selected memories to previous shifters (and so, from a certain angle, see the future). Knowing this, we can affirm that Eren can't see a future that Grisha hasn't seen because he only has access to Grisha's memories, which contain his own memories (the ones his future self sent), and we know that Grisha did absolutely not see the end of the rumbling (which means Eren didn't show it to him) because he asked Zeke to stop Eren: but if he knew that Eren would get stopped by Armin and Mikasa, why would he ask that to Zeke?
To continue, Eren did not influence the past either. When he visited Grisha's memories with Zeke, Eren didn't change the past or when he talked to Grisha when he was facing the royal family. What happened is that Eren sent the memory of him and Zeke visiting Grisha's memories to Grisha, and so Grisha was able to hear and see Eren through time. But there is only one timeline: the one where Grisha kills the royal family after "hearing" Eren telling him to do so.
Lastly, Eren has always been the same. He has always been that cold murderer ever since we have been introduced to him. We simply refused to admit it. When he first turned into a titan, he was enjoying slaughtering other titans (he was saying "More, more, I want more!"), he also wanted to "destroy the world" when he fought against Annie in Berserk mode. Even before that, when he fought against her in the forest, he wanted to destroy her and eat her. All of that only highlights my point: Eren has always been the same, we, readers, didn't want to see it because we were attached to him (as well as his friends).
Feel free to interact! (I may have missed things during my explanation)
Spoilers for a recent episode @Brian Nguyen
He directly influences grisha to kill the royal bloodline because zeke brought him through grishas memories. The reason that one guy tells grisha to protect misa and armin is because of eren being able to influence what he shows the people of the past. In the end of this scene he even has the same face as Ymir does right before she allows him control of the founder. I feel this isn’t by mistake.
This actually makes a lot of sense for how eren acts in s4
Eren’s smile has gone away over the anime time period I feel so bad for him but at the same time can understand why they had to

@@maxmulliner5162 also he saw memories from himself, sent to his father from the year 854 via the Attack Titan, effectively allowing him to see the future.
@@evolution6255 yah I know that bro….that’s literally what I said 😂
@@evolution6255 no…it just means he knows he will start the rumbling. He doesn’t know how or what will happen up until that point. That’s why he didn’t know about the Warhammer or that reiner would get Marley to attack paradis so soon or that gabi would shoot his head off etc
This was so well done.
I'm glad you used this song. I think it was the most desperate/primal sounding of them all.
Manga reader: *took a lot of times to finish aot manga*

Eren: ill give you some spoilers :)
Haha
eren went from a typical shonen character at the beginning to a completely different person at this moment, and that's what makes him such a great character. we only realize later how mature he was to keep his calm and composure, not lose his mind. he only evolved the way he should have
He stayed the same the entire series, yeah he may have grown as a character but he's still the same as he was as a kid
manga spoilerssss
and then going back to being a worse character than the beginning... RIP chad eren
@@LuisCassih okay your opinion. i like him now still. i mean i don't like everything about him but he's still an interesting character
@@LuisCassih no he isn't lol. I really don't understand how u ppl don't even try and understand eren's pov
@@LuisCassih lol not even close, go read Naruto or bleach if you need a suck character development
Is there anyone watching the video after the end of Attack on Titan? 😅
i watched before and thought "it's a meme or smth like that" and... yeah lol
This is literally spectacular
Today I witnessed the end of aot as a manga reader but THE CHILLS MAAAAAN!!
I read the manga back in 2021 when it's completed... I've been rereading the chapters very carefully trying not to miss any detail before reaching the end and HOLY SHIT I MISSED A HUGE ONE and I'm still in shock that eren was the one who KILLED HIS MOTHER!!
Dude Isayama is a freaking dangerous genius... he never misses!! I really wanna thank him for creating such a goated story and memorable characters.
shinzou wo sasageyo 🫀

"The World is Cruel but also Beautiful"
He must have got intense trauma
The editing is chef's 👄
I'm glad that I got to see everything being animated while being alive, rip to the people that actually waited and died irl.
Etika he was a aot fan
Eren foresaw all of the outrage over Attack On Titan's ending, hence why he saw pure despair in his eyes.
less go im first btw i love ur comments :'>
OHH HEY BRO YOU CAME TO THIS VIDEO PRETTY LATE!!

OMGG I'M HERE AN HOUR AFTER U COMMENTED LESS GOOOOOO BTW LOVE UR COMMENTS MY GUY, HAVE A GOOD DAY
That’s actually pretty sad, no wonder things went left for him after this and he got depressed asf 💔
first
I think he depressed because of the song played while watching all those nightmare
Kudos to Eren for not giving any spoilers despite knowing the full story
Props to Eren for knowing the entire storyline and not spoiling it. That's why we should idolize him.
Technically, this is only a fraction of what he saw because he saw everything. The past the present and the future of everyone and everything, all happening simultaneously.
That's acctually incorrect. Kissing Historia's hand, Eren has access only to a limited amount of memories from the future. He becames omniscent only when he frees Ymir from slavery and gains access to the Founding Titan full power. That's why he's so broken in the last couple of chapters!
This is incorrect as well. MAJOR SPOILERS IF YOU HAVEN'T READ THE MANGA
Eren became a god when he freed Ymir that's true, but what you're forgetting is that the attack titan has the ability to see the future memories of it's inheritors, as well as him having full power of the founding titan which allows him to fully view the past after he freed Ymir. The really important thing here though, is the fact that while from our point of view Eren only had the god powers for that limited amount of time, he's able to affect the past as well. Which means future Eren is in control of EVERYTHING that is going on in the anime. He staged things to get the future that we saw. This is why Eren's father was only able to see glimpses of Eren's memories while his dad had the attack titan. Technically he's supposed to be able to see ALL of the future (Eren's) attack titan inheritors memories, but since Eren is manipulating things from the future with the founding titans power, he only let his dad see glimpses. He did this so that his dad would do what he wanted i.e. take the founding titan from Historia's sister. If his dad was able to see the entire future there's no way he would have stolen the founding titan. There's TONS of things like this where Eren manipulated the past to get the future that leads to what we saw in the manga. Eren would regularly pull his friends into the founding titan headspace and talk to them as well. From our pov he only had this ability for that limited time but in context, really he's had the ability the entire anime because of the fact that he can influence the past. He would pull his friends in and talk to them and then erase their memories when they were done. He would talk to them at different stages of their lives, from a kid, teen and present day.
The most important thing from all of this is that yes he only had the power unlocked when he got Ymir on his side, but with the attack titan's ability to see the future and the founding titan ability to see past memories, Future Eren was able to control and manipulate the past to get the future he wanted which was ultimately freeing his friends from the cycle. Remember that scene where Eren's dad inherited the attack titan and the person who gave it to him said something along the lines of "you have to save Mikasa and Armin" even though at this point they weren't even gleams in their old man's eye? That was him seeing the future through the attack titan and being manipulated by Eren.
Edit: Also another huge thing is that the attack titan is able to see indefinitely into the future, which means the first ever attack titan was able to see thousands of years into the future. Using this, we can deduce that the attack titan has guided history. It's said in the manga that the attack titan always did it's own thing and didn't really follow the founding, that's because it knows the future. The attack titan is basically responsible for history as we know it in the AOT universe
@@fullfire0 woah, thanks for this explanation
@@fullfire0 WOooooWwww
@@fullfire0 Perfect explanation!
I just want to add that the importance of the Attack Titan becomes clear when Grisha inherits it: that is the first time that that titan got his name revealed...
And the Japanese name is "Shingeki no Kyojin". Yes, the name of the manga is literally "Titan of Attack" (and not "Attack on Titan", that's the 1st anime opening subtitle).
everyone: Eren, what did you see?
Eren: i saw a demon named Hajime Isayama killing all of us

Isayama: I saw a Hobo named Eren Yeager shouting TATAKAE giving me trauma.
