I have an idea.
When doing the second part when it seems like it is over and Dio K1 loses.
You use Vampire Boss Dio against the person who he got beat against and more since Vampire Boss Dio is like Dio K1 without any of the negatives and insane positives.

Funniest part is, is that this is only the second-strongest DIO. The strongest one is High Dio.
Do you count Over Heaven because than would be the fourth
Heaven ascended dio just rewrites Goku or another anime protagonist and nobody can if he stops time indefinitely so yeah dio is broken
Demon lord dio is the strongest one, but there is one even stronger than him called Dio over chaos.

He does have a very good AI. The moveset were made by a mugen creator, but someone edited his dio AI, thus Dio_1k became one of the most OP character.

@@bonjourbonjour8857 are you stupid? This is a game, every character have the same stat for balance purpose, its just that his moveset is op, if power scales then goku and saitama will just go around oneshotting lower tier verse, it isnt fun

Actually guys it is pretty canon. DIO never had any limitations to stop time with no cool down or tiredness. He is immortal so he has near infinite stamina, so throwing light speed punches and stopping time for minutes is no problem for him. So I would say he is pretty manga/anime canon.
@@Meme_Slayer9000 Did you actually read the manga or watch the anime? If you did it’s very apparent he has a limit to his time stop only being able to stop it for 11 seconds I believe. And he definitely doesn’t have infinite stamina as he got fatigued throughout the fight with jotaro. And light speed isn’t even that fast for half the people he fought in this video.

I love this Mugen,my only problem is that the portrait is the character and most Mugens have a picture that doesn’t fit in the box,so when I try to import a character then the picture is too big

Try him against Gold Experience Requiem Giorno and after against King Crimson Requiem Diavolo, he will lose
