idk if anybody said this already, but youre right. i saw the creator comment on somebody’s video saying that he buffed jotaro when he’s against dio. he’s made to defeat dio, literally. he charges faster, his attacks do more damage + he gets full bar at the start of the game

What happened with dio’s ultimate was actually in the anime. In Jojo’s bizarre adventure, at the end of the fight between Dio and Jotaro, dio froze time for 11 seconds and used road roller on jotaro, but jotaro froze time at the 9 second mark and escaped. Then he froze time again to beat the shit out of dio and kill him.
Also, it’s funny how Jotaro works, he automatically has power 3 when facing dio, as well as he charges faster, but that’s it. Actually it’s rare for Jotaro to counter road roller like that, it was just pure luck that he did that. Another funny thing is, jotaro likes to pick when he wants to be aggressive, it’s pretty funny. Sometimes, all my guy does is charge and get smacked on, other times he goes ultra instinct and dominates characters, yes I changed his AI a little so when he’s awakened he gets a bit more aggressive, but that’s all.
Both dio and jotaro can counter roadroller. If Dio is charging when he's hit with his ult, he counters. It should be the same with jotaro.

@@DrAnimationMUGEN I meant that thing jotaro did when he appeared behind dio after the move completed. They can both do it. I've seen it in other videos.

Dio is still your strongest. The devs just tweaked Jotaro to the point he is going to beat Dio. You seen the other fights lol.

I love that he picks up on the specific abilities Jotaro and DIO have without even knowing it. Like how Jotaro has his stand out more and DIO hides his because the ability is supposed to be a secret. Also that DIO dodges everything by stopping time and Jotaro doesn't but it's because he can't stop time for as long DIO.

The reason Jotaro does a lot of damage to DIO is that in the anime, Jotaro wins so to make it more real, Jotaro mostly wins but in general if this isn't rigged then DIO would win. The reason in the anime DIO lost was because he was cocky so this DIO k1 mugen is a great representation of how strong DIO is if he actually is serious.
