The system you have about phones is great - if the phones are banned, the children will not take their phone to school and it will be like in the old times when the parents could not reach their children and vice versa.
An axe is harder to use as a chainsaw but the latter is extremely dangerous. Someone even can cut his arm with that! please, always be cautious when usig dangerous tools. Have a great weekend!
