By following along with our expert guidance, you'll learn how to identify the areas where sciatic nerve pain typically originates and how to apply gentle pressure to release tension and promote healing.
This technique is an excellent option for individuals seeking non-invasive, drug-free ways to manage their sciatic nerve pain. Does it have to be a tennis ball?

We usually recommend a tennis ball since it does gives a little, which makes it more comfortable but any ball should work just fine. :)
