If you are talking about customization you must do certain things. When you are going to customize the car(You must be at the garage), the splitter, the lights, etc. will be blocked and it appears a text that says for example "Drive a distance of 230 km" or "reach a speed of 314 km/h" the task depend of the object you want to customize, then you complete the task and you can customize the part you want. A ask, Do you have the game?
