the Vulcan is noisy in real life when Jeremy Clarkson drove it on top gear I believe and it is still noisy in nfs, great as a drift car though but still, nowhere near the Huracan that is just a drift god car.

Vulcan is a great car in nfs payback, have great acceleration, great handling and also have a good speed, but in nfs heat it's one of worst cars 😞

Race - up to you but use Nissan GTR Premium if you can afford it
Off-road - Ford Mustang (Derelict)
Drag - Volkswagen Beetle (Derelict)
or my second opinion - Acura NSX
Runner - Porsche Panamera (it's tanky imo so it can easily beat the cops)
Drift - Lamborghini Huracan

Absolute best car choices available with parts
This is from what I’ve tested and seen from other people’s performance
Race: Porsche RSR/Beetle/Nissan GTR/Ford Mustang (old)/Pagani Huayra BC
Drift: Lamborghini Huracan, Mazda RX7, Lamborghini Murcielago, BMW M4
Drag: This class is personal preference and it’s hard to lay out which cars can be the easier one to win with, but judging by the times
Ford Mustang (New), Ford Roaster, Beetle, Lotus Elise, Nissan Silvia, Pagani Huayra BC
Off-road: Chevrolet Bel Air, Ford Mustang Boss 302, BMW X6 and maybe again, the Beetle. Also individual preferences for this class
Runner: Ford Mustang (old), BMW M5, Porsche Panamera, Beetle (for speedlists)
All of these cars must have a certain setup in terms of cards like Outlaw or Chidori to receive the maximum output from the car’s performance
