Probably the easiest way would be to send it as a multi-page document in one receipt to Hubdoc -- You could snap multiple photos of the different sections using a third-party app (like Scannable for iOS or ScanBot for Android), then email that as single multi-page PDF attachment to your dedicated Hubdoc email address. It'll show up on the Hubdoc side as one document and provide the reference needed. HTH!
Update 1 Dec 2021: Xero announced they're discontinuing the "auto-fetch" feature in Hubdoc effective early 2022. We allude in this video that the auto-fetch feature had decreasing effectiveness as vendors change their underlying technologies so not to rely on it, but it's official now. Xero plans to expand Hubdoc's direct connection feature to replace, but that relies on a vendor having built out their API. The other methods of sending files to Hubdoc remain in full effect.
