CTRL + D, depending on your keybinds, is Duplicate. However, for ALT + D, there could be a shortcut but I am not sure what is would be for as I don't use that shortcut. So in answer to your question, I am afraid I cannot say with any degree of certainty. Hope this helps my friend.
