    Hey lady..I wished they would have said something about perimenopause. My food choices help manage my symptoms. And also like you said hydration is so important. Thank you for sharing. ❤💪🏽

    I had surgery on December 19th 2024 I stayed in the hospital for 2 days. Recovery has gone okay so far with the exception on 4th day. I guess I ate something that didn't agree with me. I was vomiting all day. So scared my incision would open because of the force my body was making while vomiting. It was rough. My advice to everyone they tell you you can eat anything after surgery and I'm here to tell you don't do it. Eat lightly.

      @@msdee2682gas pain is no joke. I started to take gas x for it. It helped a little but not by much. I had to walk around but I'm 3 weeks out and it's still there.

    Do you mind sharing how to manage UTI symptoms after intercourse?

    • @gurldede
      @gurldede  10 днів тому

      Hey Friend! I ended up taking antibiotics but maintaining cranberry supplements was helpful. Please consult with your doctor because UTI are nothing to play with. If left unchecked it can lead to kidney issues. Best it luck to you. Please keep us posted on how you’re doing.

      @@kristymeyers8415 Hi friend! Please consult with your doctor asap. You have to advocate for your health until you find a solution. I could tell a change in my mood and energy and I focused getting that figured out. I got a much sun as possible daily and they help my mood a lot. Mushroom tea helped with my energy. Please take care of yourself.
