Great improvements, but I don’t think they need the divider for the cash. Remove that and one can still put cash in there. It seems to provide very little in usability.
Great video here. Thank you for the side by side. Still a no go for me as I do like to carry a few, maybe up to 6 bills at a time. The few bills will probably be tight getting in and out. I appreciate their improvements but lets see if v3 will help a little more with the cash situation. Yes, there are still some people that like to carry Cash. No, I don't want to carry a money clip or the good ol rubber band to fold around my up to 6 bills. We all know Bellroy's quality. Still though at 89 bones, I'm going to pass on this one as well.
i agree, i would like to see a version for 3 card in the front, and just a bigger "multipurpose" volume for cash and coins instead of cards in the back.... who the hell need a space for 8 or more cards when there are "card apps" in the phones....?
An excellent side-by-side review makes so much sense - it really highlights the effort manufacturers go to to keep their products selling. That said, it's not so easy with cash, so not for me, I'm afraid! Perhaps if I win the 5 wallets.....👍😉
It's almost 2 am and I am watching a youtube video covering wallets after purchasing a different one. Well, I'm in my 30's... But, as a former industrial designer, I approve this review. Great job!
I really need a new wallet and I'm currently stuck between the new Bellroy Flip and the Slim Sleeve Premium... Your videos have been a great help though, thanks for uploading! Subscribed.
Have you reviewed a Donbolso slim wallet - Bern? I've just bought one and it is a nice little wallet. It is a leather pouch, I bought it with a coin pocket. Takes about 6-8 cards, and it has a small pocket for a couple of notes. Fits in the front pocket of trousers/jeans. Great channel by the way.
@walletopia Hi, Im interested for this wallet (version 2). My intentions are : front side 2 cards and back side for bills only. Can you please tell me how many bills fit folded nicely?
The RFID blocking is actually super annoying for me cause I wanna be able to tap my transit pass without taking it out! I love the design but I really just can't use a wallet I can't tap with!
You need to test with real credit card like chase sapphire, American Express gold etc. they are much thicker this wallet can barely fit 3-4 before it becomes unusable. It’s a disservice to test using those fake cards that no one use anymore, all the real cards are much thicker
As per the International Organization for Standardization,, all credit cards must be .76 mm thick ( or 0.0299 inches). This goes for both plastic and metal credit cards. The metal ones just seem bigger because they are heavier.
These kinda wallets are such BS in realife. If you order a coffee, or you're at target, wherever, what are you gonna do? Stand there, open all 8 cards, juggle them around in your hand to take out the appropriate card? ALL 8 cards need to be EQUALLY accessible.
Another mediocre product at a $$$ price by Belroy. No surprises here. You can buy something 5 times more premium and more functional at that price, as demonstrated in this great channel on many many occasions.
Pro tip: if you put two embossed card facing each other but one upside down, the embossed numbers will take half the space.
I will flip every other card from now on, thanks.
This is how I expect reviews to be. Excellent work, Sir.

Mark , Revelot classic slim ! I need you to do this one so I can see what app the hype is about
A very vast improvement indeed from v1 to v2
i would prefer v1 if still available.... more protection inside and i like that slight friction for 2nd card in the front pocket...
Great video. If someone want to decide which version to buy just watch this. Thanks Mark for your detailed review.
I have watched SOOOOOO many of your videos and have been so useful, and, entertaining!! That I thought it was a good time to say thanks properly! 😉
Thanks! I appreciate it!

Main question is, how much noise does cards make when 2nd Gen is in front pocket and you walk normally?
That's what I'm thinking
6:30 Good morning Mark. Does it also make this noise if I use it normally, eg if I carry it in my pocket while walking?

Great review! Also, nice Tudor Pelagos :)
What they should’ve done is made the separation plate in the middle have a cutout so bills can be stuffed in there similar to the Dango D03 Lite
Nice watch brother. I'm digging that Tudor Pelagos Titanium watch with Rolex quality superlative Chronometer movement in it.

It’s kinda cool but it just doesn’t seem like anything you put in there wIll be practically accessible.
Haha yes it's true 😂
Excellent review very detailed and informative.

Good review, but i like your Tudor Pelagos even more. I have the same watch and its great
Good choice!
Hi can u make a review of the Pioneer Molecule Card Holder
Please do a review on the Go forth goods standard leather wallet
Hmmm i couldnt even fit 3 cards on each side with ver 1
Did it reduce price 2 ? Oh great OZ of walloptopia. ?
No, same price.
Excellent review thank you!
I like it tight not moving around when u shake it
The RFID blocking is actually super annoying for me cause I wanna be able to tap my transit pass without taking it out! I love the design but I really just can't use a wallet I can't tap with!
i do that with my secrid wallet, i put my train/work card in the back slot and just tap the entire wallet
I don’t have nearly that many cards nor do I carry much cash. What about placing an apple AirTag in there? Anyone tried this?
Please do 50 50 review by open sea lether
I couldn't hear you in the video..those colors on those wallets were too loud
Nice wallets, better Pelagos on the wrist!!!
Thank you so much for this review, I was really waiting for an honest opinion. Highly appreciate that 🙏

You could cut the divider of V1 yourself
thats what i am thinking of doing, cutting the provider as version 1 is a little cheaper now and i like the fact its nicer inside
Nice watch, is that a Rolex
I really want you to compare the bellroy hide and seek regular vs premium
I own V1 and hated it won't bother buying V2
😮

The flip case was utterly useless and really poor in every respect

any recommendations? I just really like how small it is

Have you tried Walletopia Wallet finder?
They really have lots and lots of reviews of good wallets
First! 😁
it feels like cheap plastic
