Hi Graeme,
A suggestion. You talked about outcome bias during hand 4 or 5 without using that term. In fact, I believe you talk about it periodically without identifying it as outcome bias. I could be wrong, but I think it would help if you use the term: people would be more likely to recognize the subject when you bring it up, and perhaps more likely to realize its importance. As you know, it is rampant on SBC…
Interestingly, Eric Rodwell specifically invented names for plays he wrote about in his book because, I believe, he thought that would help people to remember them.
