Very interesting analysis!
Hand 3 Difficult - with a balanced hand, N responding 3S might be better but potentially this gives EW a bit of space to bid. 4S cuts them out.
Hand 4 As South, I would have rebid 2NT but your 3NT is much better (with a 97% result)
Hand 6 You weren't tempted to double 4S with EW vulnerable?
Hand 7 What was % result?

Hand 7: north obviously isn’t paying attention to Graeme’s counting lectures, he would have worked out south had four trumps and, thus, most probably a natural trump trick or two. Best to switch to a diamond and hope she gets a ruff from a heart switch later.
