For me, it feels like that when I look at something I know is a mistake, I think to myself ‘Doing this thing is beneath me. I come from great people. I am better than this.’ It helps me. Once Western foods like fast food was introduced, our body processes food in the same way. Also heavy drinking and poor food choices don’t help.
