- Bora Bora French Polynesia 4K. Reality of living.
In this episode you are going to see fish in the airport, how to open a coconut, hide battery banks in the your pockets and how to jump start a family car.
I`m beginng my journey in Moorea Airport which is small one because it only have 3 flights to another islands per day.
So unfortunately air Tahiti allows you to take only 5 kg in the hand lugged carry on so I need to do some repacking lets see what happen cause I really have a lot of weight in hand luggage look like also I will need to take my battery banks in my pockets so I have to cheat a little bit lets see what happen. My battery banks they weight a lot.
Airport is small but they have a snack bar which offer baguette with French fries inside. Bora Bora offers a lot of excursions and I’m going without a plan what to do there
Check in for the hotels starts right away at the airport so on the arrival you do not go to reception, you are going from the boat straight in to your room.
I`m going to the main island by ferry which is free and takes only 20 minutes. Some of the hotels in Bora Bora cost over 1000 USD a night per person but Im staying in airbnb bungalow which is located right at the bay, great spot for me because I`m able to fly the drone and take some good shoots for the sunset.
Family of Blaqu is living directly on the water shore in Fanui Bay. Before I go inside the house let me show you the sorounding. They have small house which he build himself, tranquil life with many coconut and mango trees. My day and time in Bora Bora is almost over, my next island to visit is Maupiti
People there must be much happier and healthier than us living in big cities! My dream holiday location! See you one day Bora Bora 💙💦🌊
I would like to go there again.hopefully one day
If 63% obesity is healthier then yes...
Don't believe it, Polynesians are some of the most unhealthy now as their diet and lifestyle has changed from 200+ years ago. Most people prefer to shop at supermarkets and eat imported food rather than producing their own and they're not as physically active as before, like most people around the world.
They are prob happier than most rich people
Correct!
Shane..yes! They seem to be content and happy. Screw the USA! It's become a joke living here..as well as an embarassment.
@@LeesaGio true. USA is boring
About the happiest dude on utube
He really needs his own channel, to showcase the Tahiti, instead of us seeing the fake stuff all the time.👍😁
I so want to live like them. It seems so blissful ❤️
At 12:50: I am an American of Polish descent, so the Polish expression "na zdrowie" which essentially means "cheers" was quite the surprise to hear in Bora-Bora!
A great video which shows the real Polynesia. Thank you, and Na Zdowie!
Im 100% polish
he taught them that to say :)
Lucky u get to spend time with the local people. Nice humble family welcome a stranger into there house

Man I absolutely love this family! I really wish it was a way for us to donate to them! They were so hospitable ❤
I wish to live a life like this InshAllah. It would be a big accomplishment, imagine waking up to the sunrise over the beach everyday. ☀️
Yes, the wheather there is so nice ! Id Like to move there one day
Video was beautifully done! I love how random people are drawn to your good energy!
The food i had there was amazing, la poisson cru, coconut bread, fresh fruit everywhere.
the song in the back if anybody is asking its JONATHAN PAINCHAUD - POUSSE, POUSSE, a quebec artist (french).
Nice to know!

I wish i lived there but i will soon i am working on it
We didn't see the airbnb, would've been good
Why you stopped filming?
No money for travel
Where did you stay that day bro?
airbnb
Does anyone know the name of the song the guy is playing with the guitar?
There is a song name published in one of the comment
With those prices wow .Can you bring a tent and sleep on the beach?
Blaqu is one hot dad
Thats what I was thinking 😂
Most of the people are deprived of Peace no matter how much money they have. These people are lucky with what they have.
That’s correct. I totally agree
Na zdrowie? ;) Are you Polish by the chance?
Yes
@@INEEDvacations Nice, greetings from Warsaw ;) BTW I like your YT channel
"na zdorowie"
Who taught you to say that?
I’m speaking many languages 😋
FRANCE IS SO BEAUTIFUL AND IMPRESSIVE THE NUMEROU SLANDSCAPES IN THE WORLD IT HAS.. FRANCE WORLD LEADER IN TURISM FOR DECADES... OH MY GOD
Its true, French Polinesia is great place for vacations, nature, relax
Colonized and took advantage of the natives bruh.
@@ilhanaali stop all this blabla slavery is gone for long now.. some countries are always complianing about that to ask for damages.. build your country instead of complaining all the time..
@@ilhanaali free schools no charge in France :))
It s NOT France...and won t ever be...
17:25 Did I just hear someone speaking Chinese?
Do you know what pissed me off as a British person on reading up on the history of the islands the natives of bora bora begged the British to colonize them so they were under our rule and not the French and we rejected them.. how fcking stupid were out lieutenants bk then lol dam French have got all the best islands they got Seychelles too yet it's our navy that protects Seychelles
👀👀👀👀👀❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

It just shows that people who usually don't have much, usually have a heart of gold.
They are truly very rich at heart! Wow ....
Yes, you can see it by the devil sign of his hands at 7:19
yes and schools for r free of charge !
To be honest, what more does on need in paradise
My friends from Tonga love to vacation in the dessert (Vegas and Arizona)
No winter clothes, no heating, cheap house, free land, play the guitar, wife and kids what else you want ? Maybe new battery for your car and that's it ))). I still love expensive cars, luxury girls and beautiful islands- don't have any yet but I try to say that everybody deserve what he/she wants and hope without wars, conflicts etc.
Possible yes
You’ve never been poor and born on an island
It is amazing to see how they live off the land and have more than I see on a daily basis. Being at home more during this time has really helped shift my mindset regarding living more off the land (placing items in my body). Thank you for the video.
Thanks Alicia. I hope when this covid times are finish I will be able to go back there.
A good revanew for Bora Bora island would be for either the USA or another country to sell them some car batteries
@@carolannpatterson5294 No it would ruin them and their natural ways which are best.. they're already addicted to McDonald's a family I camped with their told me coz I work for Maccies lol
Life is very simple in the islands and living off the land is the best and healthy way of living. The problem now is many people there are now heavily being introduced to many things western even their lifestyle and the kind of "success" they are being "forced" to prefer and like. I don't have to blame anyone, but it's just the trend the whole world is taking upon itself that you need to have money, you need to have electricity, running water, western styled houses, the "images" of a civilized modern world, dressed up certain way, act certain way, etc etc. Most young Islanders of today find it hard to go back to live simple lives like that because they have adopted a kind of "modern" lifestyle where instant gratifications and verifications from other people play a big part in their mentality, etc that any decision to go back to simple lifestyle is seen as a "downgrading" from the modern life..
I totally agree with you! I believe that we're not supposed to live like this what destroys us and our planet ! We're not supposed to get dressed in 5 min. and eat breakfast in 1 min and drive with the subway while we're surfing in social media , sit 8 hours in front of the Pc eat fast and in the end of the day watch Netflix to get more manipulated
When I realized it was Blanqui's music that you used right from the start of the video, it tied it all together.
Nicely done, he should receive some royalties! I'd use that for some of my backgrounds if I could...very relaxing.
Really nice family. But i have to tell You. Everybody is nice there !
Blacko. The guy also raps you should hear him he is really good!
You know him personally?
@@INEEDvacations yes, I lived in Bora Bora from Jan 2018 to June 2019. I think I'm moving back when flights start again. If you ever come back in the future hit me up and will let you know if I'm still there.
Let me know. I will visit You
This is beautiful. I have some weird fantasy of just chartering flights for cash and living on an island nation like this and just living my best life.
all is possible to do.
The locals there so beautiful! I met one family like that and they used their boat for carrying my and my friends back to the port when there was no taxi! Hopefully, I can back there again.
Very. nice. people.
I hope you gave them some money
for hosting you. Having travelled a lot, I'm pretty sure that's part of why they did it.
Anyway, really wonderful to see the "real" Bora Bora instead of 5 star chain resorts, thank you.
thx u it's one of destinations that I would like to visit one day after this crazy pandemic
Yes, pandemic times are bad period for us. When You go take me with You :)
Really nice video 👌🏼 keep it up.
Thanks bro
Thanks for sharing. This was fun to watch and a good reminder of how simple life in the Pacific islands is.
Yes, this is nice family and humble host
Real life of real people in paradise. Interesting video. Thanks.
True
Sorry, I will speak in french and try to translate well in english.

This family is just great! It is because of this kind of families that I, living in metropolitan France, dreamed of living in Polynesia one day.
I love my life in metropolitan France but I think I would love so much more to be surrounded by people like them ... ❤
I dream of going bk here to.. to just build a hidden shack and die off there. Be bliss
I'm from the Dominican Republic and this reminds me of my childhood when I went to Boca Chica or took down some mangos with my best friend Tato.
I was living in Santo Domingo around 6 years and many times visited Boca Chica.
@Thomas Kreuzer Bora Bora?
@Thomas Kreuzer oh.. it is sad to hear that about my country. I honestly dont visit boca chica anymore (times have changed) I visit more Las Terrenas, Sosua and other gems around the country :)
Nice video as usual! Heading to Culebra with our rental car in 2 weeks😜😂
Thanks, I’ve seen a post on Facebook that ferries are down and only have 1 a day and strictly for residents only. Check that out
I NEED vacations I think our boat captain is getting them in advance for us, but we will see! Thx again bud
More videos like this in the tropical climate setting please. I love the islands.
Sure, I’m uploading soon more
This video is incredible. It really changed my view of life. I really appreciate you uploading this beautiful video. Subscribed and will follow your videos in future.

Nice insight of the local life in Bora Bora. Very welcoming family.
yes, I had a great time.
I'm a Stamp Collector & I collect French Polynesian stamps only. I admired Polynesian's culture of Love & Peace. Your video shows the heart & soul of Polynesian people
Thanks !
Living the dream.
the guy who is playing guitar has got a tatoo on his neck. the tatoo is 2 chinese characters which means angel. guess life in bora bora should be kind of easy and relaxed, without that $1000/night hotel.
Thanks for a different perspective of bora bora. The background music was excellent
thanks for your comment
Omg, he is so kind n humble

agree 100%.
If your getting dressed in 5 mins and eating breakfast in 1 min lol that’s something you need to work on and manage your time better you obviously don’t care to take care of yourself sounds like it lol
We have sweet coconut in Jamaica
Thanks for sharing your travel videos. I like your quest for simple, but beautiful cultural and natural experiences. Go, Man, Go!
❤❤❤ SUPER!🌏🎥🎞📸🏝❤💫🙏💫🌅💫💥💫
Hmmm...hotels charging 1000 $ a night,,,,you'd think that some of that wealth would somehow spill over to the locals...think again.
I`m editing a new video from bora bora now. shame locals do not get a benefit from hotels
what was the background music/ song? it was excellent
thats his own music
I don't understand why they don't use wood to build, it's not like there's a shortage of trees there, wavy tin must be very hot to live in during the day, it's not too nice to look at, tin probably has to be imported etc.
toobalkain maybe there are tropical storm to worry about and wooden buildings would really stand a chance
@@harrymorris3984 In Japan they have typhoons and earthquakes and they build from wood, it can't be that. Besides, if anything corrugated metal should do worse in a tropical storm, larger surfaces for wind to tear out.
Please help me, I must know the sing played on the guitar... Its stuck in my head
its not a comercial song. this guy is a sond writer
Omg! I found his house on google street view! As soon as I heard a certain hint, I checked it out.. newer car(jump starter is parked ) and wrecked boat is further from shoreline. If I ever make it there, I’ll introduce myself mentioning your video and ask if he wants help building your haus! 😉 I’m really digging your videos by the way.
Peace, Dean.
I had a great time with the family. When You go take me with You
Just found your channel! Amazing man! Ive always wanted to travel to Bora Bora since i found it as a kid, but its so expensive for the hotels.. But tbh, if i travel there im not gonna pay for the expensive ones.. You are only in the hotel for when you are going to sleep.. But still its gonna be really expensive.. Btw that man was really good at singing, where is his spotify hahahhahahaha, keep up the good work man!
The security did a pack down your body and found your batteries. Oh too bad now in the trash can.
There are different quality of coconut en Republica Dominicana is more commun to find Coco Indio this plant variety dosent grow high
great video. we all know u will need batteries to shoot. but pls never check in your battery. they can start a fire in the cargo bay and this will be resulting fatal accidents. pls never try to put the battery in check in baggage. it can only be carried on
This is the paradise on earth, they're very kind and friendly, the most happiest peoples, beautiful ocean view, nice beaches, they have the wonderful culture, I love it, imagine to be there to fill my heart with love and happiness.
Very nice people !
Woow thank you for the lovely video, and what a kind family ❤❤❤
Thanks?! Yeah the family is grat!
how much money the host asked to you at the end of your journey sir ?
ZERO $
It’s amazing to me that this family could probably live for a year on what it costs for one night at the resort across from them..
This is life! Amazing Nature, Because is Expensive there. But they REALLY live like kings in Simplicity, I Love that. God 🙏 Bless this Country!
I want to move from gloomy cold depressing Lithuania to Bora Bora. Please help me.
I could live in a shack if i lived there and just forget about the “real world” poroblem
Nazdrovia ? You must be Polish
Correct!
Man I love this side of view better than what is mostly captured by the instagram.
Thanks BRO. I`m editing. another video from Bora Bora now

Nice one. California has got many nice beaches Like Polinesia ?
What is the music in the background please?
Hi, do you know what the music is in the background? thanks.
if you watch carefully you will notice that all the time is the guitar and my friend is singing his song.
@@INEEDvacations yes! I did watch it again, nice sound!
Reggae, maybe his own creation
Yes, that’s his own song
Polynesia is my dream place to roam. Could you please tell me how I own Tahitian citizenship? I am from India.
You would need a lot of money to buy land and prove you would use it as a business like hotel so it would provide work for locals
This is my dream..... I would love to live there 😢....
Thoroughly enjoyed your video thank you for sharing and educating through your video. What an amazing family you had the opportunity of meeting. Sincerely Adventures of David and Aaron

Wow, the simplicity or maybe their minimalistic lifestyle is true happiness. I could switch my "secure" life in Sweden living their life anytime.
@Gljunberg : then learn French language
Many people living there but never the ones who deserve it. You ve seen it already at the architecture that it was made by sinners
Yes. The money talks there
