Just think, nobody made a better selling live album or better live album than Pete. I always thought there's nothing better than this and it's true. Other live albums are great no doubt, but he just can't be beat. Nobody plays quite like him live. He is most definitely top on the list. His songs, playing and singing are phenomenal. No wonder I feel so strongly about him and his music. He's so down to earth and humble as humble pie! Thanks Pete! Wish I could shake your hand and chat with you awhile. I turn on Frampton comes alive in my 2003 vette with the bose system and turn it all the way up and sing along with you. It doesn't get any better except to see you live. All the best to you for what you've done for us! I play guitar too and have been highly influenced by you. You amaze me.
I remember sitting in my basement doing bongs with my buddies listening to Frampton comes alive. That was 35 years ago he still sounds great, rock on Peter god bless.
People in Chile love Peter Frampton, but it isn't just in Chile, it's all around the world. But it's the people of Chile that really appreciate him, more than in any other country in the world.
con estos temas y este músico comencé una tremenda historia en mi vida...recuerdo con nostalgia a mis amigos y aquella que robó mi chalado corazón...jejeje...grande peter ...FRAMPTON COMES ALIVE
+roquey44 Talking of smiling, I don't know where you're from, but in the '70s a lot of young people in the UK were wearing smelly Khaftan coats and growing their hair long, and they liked to slip musical quotes into a conversation to try and sound cool. One night in the mid '70s I was at a party in a large house and was standing on the landing when a couple walked up, presumably on the way to a bedroom, and, on seeing me standing on my own he said: "Hey man, don't stand alone, you might turn to stone." Right on cue there was the sound of a toilet flushing and the door behind me opened. I just smiled, and the girl giggled. They he realised why I was standing alone. I never found out if he was just trying to be smart or I was about to get an invited to share a joint and his girlfriend. The memory still makes me smile, especially when I hear Frampton.
A great gift that we had in chile, great exponent of hard rock, and a great musician of those who last more than 8 minutes his music, which is no longer hayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
i'm 29years old and hey i still make funny jokes like a young 5 year old boy and hey i don't give a fuck what people say because life's to short and you only get 1.
I fell in love with Frampton Comes Alive as a kid. Saw him in 1977 and have listened to that side of the album (lines on my face and Do you feel like I do) a thousand times. It's a real trip down memory lane. Nothing like it. He just gets better with age.
I have rocked out to Frampton since 1975 and i still do today. One of the great guitarists in rock&roll and his music will remind us of how great the 70s really were.Right on Peter!!

The Peter Frampton band was incredible musicians they didn’t make a huge splash in the world, but when they were on top for that brief moment they were among the best out there Frampton is an incredible guitar player and a singer performer
Sick guitarist and musician. What makes me appreciate him even more is that smile. That smile is the smile of someone who loves playing music more than any other thing on this earth.
Sukka PETER FRAMPTON operated (from England) in a time when Canadian and American youth demanded and WANTED (hungering ed and ThirstING) for Enhanced Morallity. I personally DEFY TODAY'S YOUTH TO DO BETTER.
I saw him at Summerfest in Milwaukee a few years ago... he's good on his studio albums, but you can tell that he is at his utter best feeding off the energy of a live band at a crowd. He was hilarious and just utterly breathtaking. This was when he released an album, and he yelled "How many of you bought my new album?!" The crowd all cheered, and he jokingly said "You're all lying! But it's at the merch tent!" I don't think anyone stopped laughing for a good few minutes, nor did he. Frampton is one of the best.
+Jeffo Jon J, Everybody had the Frampton Comes Alive back in '75 - '76. I think they were giving it away with every new car, or house sold !!! LOL It is an awesome album though, I still have mine.
I only wanted to watch a bit of the perform then I kept hanging on, stock at the screen until the very end 22 minutes full chilling THIS IS A HELL PERFORM Ladies & Gentlemen... Peter Frampton boom
I hope like hell I can get to see this music genius one day .Everytime he comes to the area his tickets sell out before I can get one. This performance shows why.One talented musical genius. You cant fake having this much fun on stage.
Peter. Thank you for playing in the backyard of the Catholic church in Brea, CA a few years back. I live in Diamond Bar, the next city over. You can play at my house anytime. THANKS!
I saw him in Cincinnati when he first went solo right after he made this song. He opened for the Doobie Brothers. He just about stole the show. Best concert I have ever seen Or one of them. I have seen a lot. The only ones I didn't see live that I really wanted to was Zeppelin and the Who. I tried my hardest to get Who tickets, but I'm glad I didn't, 11 people died at that concert because some stupid high school football team started pushing the crowd forward and they wouldn't open the doors to let people in. Bad day for those poor souls. Haven't been to a concert since.

Mr. Frampton is a classy man.
His birthday is this Wednesday.
Happy Birthday, Sir.
Peter must smile more than anyone else in the music industry. Isn't that a big part of what music is all about?
+Les Paul -It's why he's still around playing that same damn song. It makes people happy. That is what's it's all about.
