We started doing homebrew tutorials in January. We've done 4 so far with just a normal kettle and plastic fermenter. I watch videos like these, with pros who really know their stuff, and I start salivating over the equipment. Soooo many toys out there we have yet to try LOL ... That stout looks fantastic and I love your mini keg. Definitely heading over to see the rest of the equipment you have to offer. Cheers! You've inspired me even further.
Very interesting but you don't put the details of the grain bill or hop additions anywhere on screen or in the notes. The link to your kit shows the total weight but not the proportions. Having said that, although an Impy is on my to-do list, probably not one of this strength!
Hi. The Ratio is 2.3:1. We have also adjusted the recipe slightly to a 20-litre kit, making the grain bill slightly smaller to 8.76kg. This should help fit the mash into most brew systems.
