Love this! Has anyone else noticed more feminine energy while working from home? I feel like I've become even closer to myself. I talk less, and flow more
Actually no lol... My anxiety heightened A LOT and i got somewhat depressed. 😔 I work from home and I live alone, so it was really hard to be isolated so much. I needed that face-to-face contact and the only place I really got it regularly was when my boyfriend came over Sunday through Tuesday, other than that I was mostly by myself 24/5.
Working on things now though, and since it's summer and I can get outside more (I live in New England, USA), I'm able to be more spontaneous -- I've been going out a lot more, enjoying time by myself and with my friends.
I still work from home, so still missing that face-to-face contact during the work week (and my boyfriend and I broke up unfortunately 💔), so I'm a little bit dreading the upcoming months again, when it gets dark early and it's too cold to go outside walking, etc. I'm hoping I'm better prepared this time around and will make sure to take better care of myself and check in with myself, reaching out if I need help or just to talk to somebody. 🙏🙏

Thank you for these videos. For so long I equated masculinity with being strong, and didn’t realize that I had completely rejected my feminist for not wanting to appear or feel weak. The women in my life growing up struggled as well with keeping touch of their feminine side due to rough environments, so there wasn’t much for me to look up to. Your videos are very informational and very helpful! I’m excited to come into balance, and be comfortable in my feminine energy 💛🙏🏼
