Is there a way to change the default snooze times? For instance, if I want to snooze something for later today currently it snoozes until 6pm. This is after business hours. I would like to change that 6pm to 3pm. Is this possible?

yes, it is possible. check the last option of snooze you will get a calendar popup and then choose your date and time.

I send out emails monthly on the 25th of every month I usually get them ready and prepared two or three days before. Then on the 25th I send them out from my draft folder is there an option.... or is this snooze button an option to where I can set it to be sent out on the 25th at a certain time? And not have to go back to my draft folder and send them out manually?

you can use install boomerang over your gmail. It provied "send later" option

Use the drop down arrow on the send button and you can schedule the email to send on a specific date and at a certain time.

You should add an additional feature to Gmail snooze: When you snooze an email, it should automatically remain marked as 'unread' (Style: Bold). I encountered a problem while using the snooze feature, and I would like to share that issue with you. The problem is as follows: I opened and read an email, then snoozed it. However, when the email is received again (at snoozed time), it appears in the 'read' condition, making it unclear whether it is an old or newly received email. If you enable the 'unread' (Bold) condition automatically during snooze, this issue would be resolved. Hopefully, you have understood my concern.
