    Great stuff. I've been well out of the loop of pole and match type angling for many years. A fantastic reintroduction for me. Keep it up.

    what a great video, very informative . clear and easy to understand and unlike most fishing vids not trying to push the sponsors gear down your throat

    I have never fished with a pole as I prefer a rod and reel but some serious skills here. Good vid.

    Be nice to see an underwater version of this ,see how they feed and how you find the right depth

    as always top vid from a top bloke ,not a fan of pulla kits great for a match for me just takes the fun out of playing the fish ,tips id give in winter are single dead maggot in cold weather feeding three at a time fishing different depths at far bank works for me , or ringer bag up expander pellets 4 mm feeding 6-8 pellets at a time at 13 m plus from bank will catch you a nice net of slivers and the odd carp , best summer baits are the ringer cool water expanders dosent make sence but they work better in the summer lol their a lighter colour 4.5 mm and 6mm, they are hard to pump don't always sink so my tip is shake the pellets in pump container just after pumping air out to help knock any excess air out ,

    Nice video. But you need to make a video on netting your fish. And then watch it. apart from that nice set of Video's

      no ! absolutely not ... the fish is always on the other side ... you have to barricade on a heavy platform surrounded by tons of equipment ...yep !

    Iya never seen a pole like that.. what is the name of that pole?

    • @dwightstewart7181
      @dwightstewart7181 5 років тому

      It's called a long pole or canal pole, popular with anglers fishing the narrow canals of the UK. Made of lightweight carbon fiber, they typically range in length from 36ft (11m) to 40ft (12m), with 40ft best for fully reaching the far side of most canals (his is a shorter pole with an aluminum butt extension added - not ideal). The poles are quite ungainly and not very useful for much else.

    • @odemorningode6553
      @odemorningode6553 5 років тому

      Dwight Stewart thank you sir... I've never seen that kind of pole ini Indonesia

    • @dwightstewart7181
      @dwightstewart7181 5 років тому

      @@odemorningode6553 The poles are hard to find anywhere outside of the UK. I have seen one or two in Holland, but that's about it. As I said, they're pretty much useless for anything other than narrow canal fishing. In the United States, our few canals are just too wide.
