I dunno, Pete. My Dillon Power Trimmer leaves a sharp edge on the brass...I chamfer to not gouge any of the bullets. You decided what powder you'll be using? Everyone has their particular favorites! I lean towards the ball formulations for their more consistent metering...you going to automate your Charge Thrower so that it auto-weighs each charge? That can speed production! You have a lot of brass there...do you sort them by headstamp and times fired? Turn on some nice music and get started!
I like reloading but it takes time!
There again, you don't have to punch a clock any longer!

BLC2, H335 & CFE223 is what I have. Wanted some Varget too but it's always out of stock! When I checked 3 days ago all powder was out of stock everywhere I looked! First it was brass for a while, then bullets were hard to find. Primers for the last two years! What primers! Found some NATO CCI that were in stock for a few days about a month or so ago and out of stock again! RCBS cut a deal with CCI for primers but you have to buy a die set to get them! WTF! I'll be chamfering the brass although I think I might be able to get away with just using the mandrel to smooth out the ID of the neck and then just tumble everything one last time either way I do it. For now I'll be manually charging unless I decide to use my Dillon XL650 for final loading steps. It's set up for 45ACP right now and not feeling like swapping things around for 223 at the moment. Might change my mind about that! Everything is sorted by head stamp and 95% verified once fired because I'm the one that fired it Lol! I have over 10,000 rounds of prepped 223/556 now that I've finished trimming the last 6,000 with the electric Dillon trimmer. How I managed to manually trim 4,000 rounds over a one week period last year is a mystery even to me. That won't ever be happening again!!!! Thanks for watching and commenting Alanna!

Do you need to deburr and chamfer the case mouths?

I think I can get away without having to deburr or chamfer. The cut is very clean and uniform. I probably will anyway just to help keep the Wilson mandrel happy.
