I'm not really into this at all, but I stumbled accross this video and I still can't stop watching it! My new favorite video now. You've got wicked talent, so keep it up man!
This guy is Seriously good at what he does... I reckon the people who posted negative comments do not understand what they are actually seeing in this video...
@bicycless211 The switch in the middle is the crossfader, used to switch between deck a and deck b or the left and right turntable and its purpose is to "cut" the music essientally when scratching, which helps create all the unique sounds from scratching
Phew thats a whole heap of routine there. He reminds of a young Dj Slyce. Honestly this routine is never gonna win the world title but its good. Give it time.
For anyone saying this is fake....there is one really simple way to tell ...c heck the eq on his mixer at 4:40....the match the audio...if it was and uploaded track and fake...they wouldnt even be close....Nice job man...you've got talent
The lil white marks..(actually round colored stickers) is used by trick DJ's to help them mark the cue point of the exact point where they want the song or beat to play at. It helps them when it comes to repeating. Once you start mixing and dj-ing you will understand the language more like repeating, doubling, and etc.
Freaking AMAZING...i can only dream of being that good. his sets are flawless. I'd pay top dollar for 1hour of coaching from scratch. him and roc raider my favs
FUCK ME!!! fucking outrageous. i've been scratching for nearly a year and had a massive boost of enthusiasm for it over the last week so thought i'd look for some real inspiration. i think i've found it. fucking fair play man, that was incredible.
I'd buy this. Then again I DJ too. If every DJ were trying to be marketable to the mass media then we'd have a million Beastie Boys clones out there. Mixmaster Mike is a DJ god because he has mad DJ skillz and he can make mass marketable sounds too.
Where do you get em Vinylls? is there a specific store where you can purchase em / burn some music onto them? or...you have to specifically purchase a track with the vinyll? o_O
If you want to scratch on CD, the denon is the best. Its like scratching on a 7" vinyl which is fine if you are used to it. Go scratch some 7" on a turntable and you will get used to it. By the way, I cant tell if this video is faked or not! The start kinda gave it away though.
i dont get are different songs on vinyl records ? and how does he get the songson the vinyl he wants and is just one song on th vinyl if not how does he switch between songs
If you still scratch, we will be hosting a DJ competition online. Scratched launch dates coming soon. Follow us on twitter to stay up to date with launch! @IIIScratchedIII

Man that scratching is so sick!
Stop hating. If you don't want to see someone scratching watch someone else! Dude has skills. Just needs to record the audio differently.
I like the guy just hanging out in the background.
Lol at people complaining about the click of the fader. That shit's authentic, if you can't handle the click you've never tried to cut before.
Who cares about the tracks he plays, this video represents his skill in the art. His beatmatching is skilled. Great job
