Love is much stronger than fear. Each time we choose love, each time we overcome ourselves, each time we open our hearts, do our meditations, we are healing the world and humanity.

Most of this day I felt something was coming. I watched some videos of Dr Joe talking about the quantum field and I started getting nearer to what he was talking about. Then I felt I was ready to do a meditation. Closed my eyes. Put on the headphones. Listened. Felt. I felt there was love all around. It had just been waiting for me. I couldn't believe I hadn't noticed it before. Rushing all around me. Through me. I cried as I breathed it in and out deeper and deeper. I'm still vibrating. Thank you to everyone who is putting that love into the world. I love you. My body was in pain from head to toe before I did this. There's no pain now.

Much gratitude for making this freely available. It now is my new daily meditation along with others. In my 70's I still have nagging thought that I'm too old to make a difference the way I imagined in the 1960's-70's even though I "know" I'm unlimited, eternal, etc. Time to breakthrough and step into this "self" that has always desired expression. I just did a painting, "Bright Future"--now to boldly, lovingly, create it.

Called Somos Uno Technologies. And this will...today even...filling my incorporation for 5 nonprofits. Sober Bar...to fight addiction among the creative artist community (I'm sick of losing fellow musicians to addiction). Soul Food...a community based food waste (not yet spoiled) reprocessing technology to turn our left overs into non-artificial preserved food bars. And Magic Is Real...aka MIR...like in the Bible...a camp type environment showing kids that life is magical and nothing is impossible if we put our minds to it. Also a local recycling center that turns waste into 3d printed products. And Solution Grounds...to have a community grass roots movement against sex trafficking. Those are the reasons I cried. I've always felt a calling...even before my 3 daughters were born. That's why I studied materials science engineering. But...during this meditation my inspiration is rooted in them. It makes it so real.

Whenever I need inspiration I play this. Thanks Joe!. I have listened to it many times and each time it activates energy in me that is focused on generating a result I have in mind. My latest is to generate millions of dollars for a program or programs to assist people struggling with life and would benefit from a transitional housing program. One where they may be without housing, or just trying to make it and we provide a place to live, lots of support, counseling, coaching, social work, resources for education/job training and job possibilities and eventually moving out on their own, fully employed with housing and a new life.

Dr Joe, this is beyond beautiful... I often use the middle bit of the latest Walking Meditations as they have an "inspire" bit to them. And to now have this I am so grateful. I sat on my terrace in the sun today - it's my first day in 8 weeks we are allowed to go out for a run for an hour a day. And I listened to this and I cried and cried in so much gratitude and love... I went to bed last night feeling alone, lost, wandering, aimless. I woke up feeling the same but stronger, hopelessness had set in and there seemed to be nothing to get out of bed for and no one that would care anyway. Then I listened to this. My entire mood has shifted, I’m excited for the day, I’m motivated, my heart is filled with gratitude, I have energy and I can’t waste a moment more. I have been listening to Dr. Joe for the past few weeks, I was hyped and happy starting a new life. Yesterday I was full off anxiety, feeling so uncomfortable. I listened to this meditation as I have been everyday, but today was different my anxiety was leaving replaced with knowing a new life is coming. I am so greatful that I stumbled upon Dr. Joe my life is changing and believe me I have never been so uncomfortable. Thank you Dr. Joe all of this is changing my life and sometimes being so uncomfortable is extremely difficult it will be worth all the growing pains. ❤🙏❤
I'm in a bout my 3rd week now too. Where you were when you wrote this comment. Did you stick w/ and see results by now? I have a history w/ chronic health issues and depression and anxiety have been the pressing catalyst to push me to reach for something different than just praying and begging God to set me free. I've experienced that day of disorientation where the anxiety and fear was gone, and I wasn't afraid of my future for a change.
I totally reborn again! The mass shooting in TX have taken over! I don’t sleep! I didn’t wake up! Just now I can’t wait to wake up tomorrow. I can’t wait till is the morning to do this meditation.
@@Motivatedk9 he is teaching people a method that works. Its only fair to exchange this for money energy which he also uses to invest into more research of neuroscience. The meditations are cheap. This one is free. The retreat venues and staff need to be paid. Money is not evil. And you get amazing value for it with this.
The first time I played this meditation, I was working at home, I cried multiple times (happy tears)…I didn’t even have my eyes closed & I wasn’t even focused. I’m excited to do this meditation with my eyes closed while focusing on the meditation. The future is full of hope 🥳

Thank you Dr Joe - the deep voice shook me a bit the first time I listened to it & I stopped after a few minutes. But then something brought me back to try it again - mostly the fact that Dr Joe knows what he is doing & I trust him - im sure he’s using those tones /vibration on purpose - and the 2nd time through I completely embraced it & was very moved - I’m going to keep doing it - I think there’s something really healing here for me
To those that find this meditation hard because of his more strident tones and the more epic music, I understand that too. This isn't relaxing for me, so I find his other meditations where he's more calm and level, to help me enter into a relaxed state. From what I've heard, ones that sound like this were taped live during big retreats. They don't translate as well to starting this alone at home.
The change of the musical "vibration" is intended to raise one from a vibration they are trying to "elevate" - it is necessary not to go thru Meditation with your own "fixations". You won't allow ' new elevation'. You most certainly will "feel it" if you can get away from one's own "thinking" - which is the whole premise 🙂

Oh My Goodness! The moment the drums hit the first notes my body immediately began the Blessing of the Energy Centers exercise. My perineum, lower abdomen & upper abdomen began to tighten & I was pulling my breath & energy up - like pulling it from a straw - to the top of my head. It was automatic! I was with my Mom the other day, and asked her how she was feeling, she said "I feel blah today" So I reminded her, Dr Joe always said, when you are down, that is when you do the work, and always go back to the basics. So she did meditations in the early morning hours. I asked her, "How you feel today" she said "Really Really good" We thank you Dr Joe, for all you have done for us with these teachings. Dr Joe, this is beyond beautiful... I often use the middle bit of the latest Walking Meditations as they have an "inspire" bit to them. And to now have this I am so grateful. I sat on my terrace in the sun today - it's my first day in 8 weeks we are allowed to go out for a run for an hour a day. And I listened to this and I cried and cried in so much gratitude and love... Thank you so much for this beautiful meditation, this beautiful frequency, your beautiful words and for keeping your focus on inspiring us to stay on course creating better, healthy beautiful, meaningful lives. I went to bed last night feeling alone, lost, wandering, aimless. I woke up feeling the same but stronger, hopelessness had set in and there seemed to be nothing to get out of bed for and no one that would care anyway. Then I listened to this. My entire mood has shifted, I’m excited for the day, I’m motivated, my heart is filled with gratitude, I have energy and I can’t waste a moment more. Thank you, thank you, thank you Joe, for all the years of work you’ve studied and worked to get these videos to us. To know the perfect balance of what to say with the right chords of music. I have been listening to Dr. Joe for the past few weeks, I was hyped and happy starting a new life. Yesterday I was full off anxiety, feeling so uncomfortable. I listened to this meditation as I have been everyday, but today was different my anxiety was leaving replaced with knowing a new life is coming. I am so greatful that I stumbled upon Dr. Joe my life is changing and believe me I have never been so uncomfortable. Thank you Dr. Joe all of this is changing my life and sometimes being so uncomfortable is extremely difficult it will be worth all the growing pains. ❤🙏❤
I'm in a bout my 3rd week now too. Where you were when you wrote this comment. Did you stick w/ and see results by now? I have a history w/ chronic health issues and depression and anxiety have been the pressing catalyst to push me to reach for something different than just praying and begging God to set me free. I've experienced that day of disorientation where the anxiety and fear was gone, and I wasn't afraid of my future for a change.
I totally reborn again! The mass shooting in TX have taken over! I don’t sleep! I didn’t wake up! Just now I can’t wait to wake up tomorrow. I can’t wait till is the morning to do this meditation.
A while a go I had a dream about Dr. Joe, whom I never met actually...he was walking toward me and his chest was radiating light...🙃

This one is free. The retreat venues and staff need to be paid. Money is not evil. And you get amazing value for it with this.
The first time I played this meditation, I was working at home, I cried multiple times (happy tears)…I didn’t even have my eyes closed & I wasn’t even focused. I’m excited to do this meditation with my eyes closed while focusing on the meditation. The future is full of hope 🥳

Thank you Dr Joe - the deep voice shook me a bit the first time I listened to it & I stopped after a few minutes. But then something brought me back to try it again - mostly the fact that Dr Joe knows what he is doing & I trust him - im sure he’s using those tones /vibration on purpose - and the 2nd time through I completely embraced it & was very moved - I’m going to keep doing it - I think there’s something really healing here for me
To those that find this meditation hard because of his more strident tones and the more epic music, I understand that too. This isn't relaxing for me, so I find his other meditations where he's more calm and level, to help me enter into a relaxed state. From what I've heard, ones that sound like this were taped live during big retreats. They don't translate as well to starting this alone at home.
The change of the musical "vibration" is intended to raise one from a vibration they are trying to "elevate" - it is necessary not to go thru Meditation with your own "fixations". You won't allow ' new elevation'. You most certainly will "feel it" if you can get away from one's own "thinking" - which is the whole premise 🙂

Oh My Goodness! The moment the drums hit the first notes my body immediately began the Blessing of the Energy Centers exercise.
My perineum, lower abdomen & upper abdomen began to tighten & I was pulling my breath & energy up - like pulling it from a straw - to the top of my head.
It was automatic! Holy Cow! - Talk about conditioning! It was wonderful . It made me laugh & filled me with joy.

That is so kind of you to create these meditations for all of us Dr Joe, they are awesome. My Mom and I have been doing your work on our own for quite some time now. I was with my Mom the other day, and asked her how she was feeling, she said "I feel blah today" So I reminded her, Dr Joe always said, when you are down, that is when you do the work, and always go back to the basics. So she did meditations in the early morning hours. I asked her, "How you feel today" she said "Really Really good" We thank you Dr Joe, for all you have done for us with these teachings. Your the Best.....Hope this inspires you....I see you really miss your workshops and working one on one with your staff and the community. Lots of Love........
