In this video, I am going to explain to you briefly on the testis temperature regulation mechanism. The testis is located in the scrotal sac and its fundamental function is to ensure that the overall testis temperature is maintained 1 to 4 or 4 degree Celsius lesser than the core body temperature. Thus, in hotter conditions the testis will come down to get rid of excess heat, while in colder conditions the testis will go up to conserve heat. Please watch the video for more interesting info

@@DrShahDupesh Respected Doctor, as my wife said my baby's testies are not in scrotum all the time, but sometimes yes ,they are in right place. But more time are not in scrotum. Has two testies for sure, i am in worried . Does this make problem for baby? If yes, what is the solution we can do at home through exercise. Or is not possible ? @@DrShahDupesh but according to medical news today post it says testicular size changes or fluctuates temporarily with temeperature, like that of the scrotum, i measured my testicular size once and it was about 4.2 cm in length and 2.3 cm in width...and when i get cold i saw some amount of fluctuation or decrease in size and returns to its original size when i get warmed up...its is not a permanent change in size but a temporary... is this normal doctor??

My left testi is Turing sided ways when I sit down but when I sit down it just drops lower the the right. It feels like there is something in between the nuttsack should I be worried? All it kind of looks like a third ball attached got it when sitting or letting the nuts rest.
