This is what I’ve been missing in Brazil. I’ve been staying in Copacabana and Ipanema and it feels like I’m missing out on the amazing Brazil experience people keep talking about.
I was literally in the airport trying to figure out a way to sell my house and move to Brazil. Been all over the world and never had this happen after one visit!
@@cameroon89 I haven't been to Colombia but I can tell you, Brazil is a much bigger country with a culture that is quite a bit more complex! As an American, I can probably say, it's more exotic!
@@cameroon89 Brazil is like Baskin Robbins 32 flavors to me. And Colombia would be a smaller boutique Ice cream parlor with 3-4 gourmet choices. I personally think that Colombians are nice but will never accept you as one of them, while you definitely will be accepted in Brazil if you can speak Portuguese. The women are beautiful in both. Colombians care more about fashion then Brazilians to me, and have way more work done to their bodies. One example is wearing shorts in Medellin is kinda frowned upon. Where in Brazil you can wear whatever you like just be clean and smell good. If you are into fashion and dressing up Colombia if not Brazil. I think Colombians are more traditionalist whereas Brazilians have tradition but will venture out their traditions i.e kids and women with blue hair, green hair, tattoos, locks, grandmas in G-strings etc. Edit: My comparison are for Rio Brazil and Medellin Colombia.
Man, i gotta get out there.
