Brazilian Girls: Very friendly most of the time and quite social. It's a great city to go during carnival which is the biggest party in the world but in general, Rio is a very laid back city as it's by the beach. English levels are not the best, but again that is not the end all be all, you can still date here even if the girl does not speak English well. Overall, there is a party atmosphere in this city and a great location to come to if you have any approach anxiety.
