Great video! Might want to mention the vehicle type and issue in the video title so anybody searching UA-cam for info on Sienna lighting will find it more easily! :)
My dad have an 2005 with the stock HID, I’m thinking of getting his stock Halogen headlights retrofitted 4500k, I’m not a fan of the yellow colors unless there on fog lights, and the Reflectors hid doesn’t have a nice cut off
Jesus Christ, that's so complicated! Why can't they make it easier to change a light bulb? I was watching some UA-cams on Morris Minors. Have you ever worked on one of those? Those were the good old days when one could do a lot of maintenance oneself.
I have the same vehicle. I have a driver's side low beam that shuts off after about 30 sec. Will turn back on if I switch the lights off and on. Stay on 30 sec etc....what do you think?...same?
zzzdogutube yes light bulb is toasted, I had same problem with 2006 GS 300 Lexus, buy new headlights for around $120-140, buy low-highs beam Led light bulbs for $50-60 and you have brand new head lights for only a half the originals.
HID factory is indeed expensive But I own a 2005 Toyota Sienna even today and the regular lights vs HID lights is like you light your way with a candle vs a LED flashlight…..HID is so much better and so much nicer by any means. Going to regular bulbs from HID is so easy….but going from regular to HID is a little harder and a little more expensive…plenty Denso Blaster and affordable too made in Japan under $100 and free shipping.

How many miles are on this “soccer mom” van? Looks like a good 150k+
Parts for HID lights are pricey. My 1971 Newport front low beam head light was $1.97 at Kmart but that was in 1975.
Are those factory HID?
yes sir !
Video says just snake the HID cable... that's the hardest thing to figure our and teh video does not show how to do this.
Wart
And the new ones aren't much better.
Some could say worse...
Poor van...owned by piggies
These factory hid lights freaking suck cant see shit
Can’t stand people that use those cheap ass blue headlights.
what junk... who needs $300 headlights?
