Great video. Thanks for sharing. I hope that when Bachmann put the blue-livered version of the loco on sale, they don't demand £250 for it. I recall it being brought back to life in no small measure due to the efforts of the eponymous children's TV programme. I also remember its catastrophic accident. It's really great to see it back in action. Taw Valley looks stunning too.
What a superb video indeed tho it was strange not to see the titles before the film but the closer look at that Bridgenorth was very exciting especially the pannier class 7714 GWR 7812 43106 and not forgetting Taw Valley. Both Taw Valley and Blue Peter have been west of Cardiff to Bridgend tho sadly for Taw Valley it went via the Vale of Glamorgan Line and failed due to an hot box .
Another lovely video well done great camera work as usual I am really looking forward to seeing your next video I hope you get a nice video next time also when is your next video going to be on UA-cam bye for now Philip

Absolutely superb, both the loco and the video.
Excellent video as always 👍
Cracking upload. I remember Blue Peter being on Blue Peter years ago before it was restored. Looks and sounds absolutely amazing now.
Me too. The programme was instrumental in the restoration.

Hmmm.... a steam locomotive working MkIII coaches with central door locking in a Scottish livery.
That could come in handy somewhere....🤔
Are LSL going to use those sleeper coaches? If so, I imagine for an overnight sleeper service but intercity style? Would look good with their 87.
They don’t belong to LSL, they stay at the SVR
That's an idea I've thought might have legs. Be just the thing for say, a Scottish land cruise
@@SK19EUC oh, so what will they use them for? Will they see proper use again or are they just for this purpose?
@@trainman86trainstramsandmore Just used for training etc on the SVR
@@SK19EUC oh ok well at least it serves a purpose
I hope someone is going to sort that whistle out
Not sure
