    In May 2011, this was the very first video I watched on natural hair. This video started a long night into the early morning of me watching natural hair videos. This video convinced me to transition to natural hair. I am proud to say that this video is the reason why I have celebrated my one year natural hair anniversary this month and still going strong.
    Thanx BBBD!!!

    I have a 7 yr old daughter....I twist her hair often and it looks great, but it seems to get frizzy looking after about a week....do you have any suggestions to help combat? I pull up twists into a loose ponytail and put a bonnet over them nightly... Her hair texture looks just like yours. She has tons of hair, but it is on the finer side.

    I luv twists too. When I do mine, I also don't blow fry my koils into oblivion. Lol. Your hair is so long, how long does it take for you to complete yours? I did small twists like these my first time back in Feb and it took me about 5.5 hrs! Hoping when I do them tonight I'll get them done a little faster. Lol.

  • @LegallyNaturalBee
    @LegallyNaturalBee 14 років тому

    Looks great! When I did my small twists and was working out, they got so matted so after that I never wanted to do them again! lol But I see that yours are smaller than the size I did and you workout so I think I'll try again and do them this size. How long did it take to twist your entire head?

    Wasn't there a picture of you as a child and another little girl with hair out to kazoo, meaning your hair, even when you were a little kid was volumnous. Not a bad thing, but like the crazy lady say (the one who does all the cursing) you could probably use cow spit and whatever and your hair would grow, because your hair is genetically volumnous and programmed to grow. Again, not a bad thing but just making the same point as the crazy lady who actually made a great point.

    When I come back from my vacation next week, I'm going to do this to my hair. I did my BC in September so I'm still learning care and learning styles because now my hair isn't as short as it was when I first started out. I wondered why would anyone ask if your hair breaks off in this style? Is it because of how long you keep them that that would be a concern I should look out for or something else? I'm thinking I'm gonna go from a chronic 2 strand twistout-er to this style. I need a change!

    What do you use in your hair toi make it more manageable. I did my big chop in december last year. The ride has been great but my hair is really thick and it is growing out. I love and hate it at times and i dont' know my hair type. My hair can be really tight if blown out and my hands often hurt while doing my hair or moisturizing. I was just wondering if you can give me some tips on manageing my hair.

    I am currently reading ULTRA BLACK HAIR GROWTH II right now and a lot of things that you said are in the book. I've been natural just 1 1/2 years and I have little growth over that period. I know everyone is different and I know black hair can grow because as a child I had a LOT OF HAIR, but not now. Thanks for the video, I like you own twist n layers better than when you add hair. Keep the videos coming

    @rocsGrl4life couldn't hurt to try. i seen twits on a loose wave type texture. it looked good. she put her hair in a ponytail then twisted the loose parts. all i can say is if your hair is straight it wont work. my daughter has mixed hair so its curly but it doesn't hold twist. but it does hold a finger curl... strange :)
