Great vid! I’ve been researching for a while, and am going to get a camera somewhat soon, and I’d like to get your take. What would you recommend for the best versatile budget camera (under 700-ish bucks with a lens). Is any camera in that price range good for UA-cam vids, photos, and filmmaking? Thanks! (I’m thinking g85 or m50?)
I may be slightly bias, but between those two I would go with the G85. Reason being that it has good IBIS which the m50 lacks and the m50 has a huge crop and no Dual Pixel AF in 4k which makes it very hard to use for UA-cam Content I feel. Yes, the G85 is a smaller sensor and would struggle more in lowlight and has a 2x crop, but the M50 is a 2.56x crop in 4k. If you want to shoot with a more filmmaking style, handheld in 4k and are okay with using manual focus, then I would go with the G85. If you want more talking head UA-cam stuff in 1080p then the Canon might have the slight edge, but I personally think the G85 has less limitations. I hope this helps!
So what does everyone want for Christmas?!? What’s the best deal you have found so far?!
Awesome.
very good video thank you
No problem, thank you!!

Thank you!
i purchased these SD Cards for shooting 4k 10 bit all in :) maybe i need a stringer gpu but i think with some future projekts is this in the buck :)
They are sweet for the money!
