Add alcohol to the pilot pen on a pallets and paint with it… just a thought and yes, Zoe I felt the same way disappointed

So many people (that I am subscribed to) seemed disappointed by this month's scrawlrbox. Honestly I am glad I skipped this month 😅 I already have soooo many graphite pencils (as probably all us art lovers do too) and carbon sticks. however I could have used a good new white one. Loved the video as always!

I enjoyed this video and I understand the slight disappointment with these supplies, It does seem a bit of a re-pete but that is going to happen! I have started to love soft pastels, but if you do not prepare it can get very messy! I always avoided them as I did not even like the thought of the dust and assorted mess. I know the charcoal blocks and graphite blocks can be so messy I love my set of carbon Black pencils and how they do not reflect the surface or that annoying "shine" of graphite. I do enjoy your drawings, thanks and keep going!

It’s a bit odd that they showed it in the leaflet but didn’t include it 🤔 I love what you created and the metallic still seemed to work well

I struggled to hide my disappointment with the box! It’s not even a bad box but I feel like it’s wayyyyy to similar to the November 22 box with the slight edition of the gold marker! I didn’t mind that so much, I thought it was a decent substitute for the gold leaf, I don’t think many people would have been able to use that! I cannot stand the white pencil and charcoal block thing… too much sensory ick!! I won’t be using them! 🤮
Awww thank you Zoe!! ❤ I totally agree it was very similar, it’s a shame I have a million graphite sets otherwise I would’ve loved this 😅 absolutely not a fan of charcoal either ewww , too messy for me 😂

I think if we had this box in another 18 months I wouldn’t have minded! Not gonna be too mad though because if there’s anything I know how to use it’s graphite pencils and paint markers 🤣

Beautiful artwork, Emily, I love the contrast between the dark graphite on the white paper with the pop of gold. It would have been a fun challenge to try some real metal leaf or some kind of foiling, but maybe wouldn't have been everybody's cup of tea. I do have some different metal foils and leaves, my be tempted to cheat and add them in hehe :)

Lovely art work. I live in the US so it'll be another couple of weeks before I get this. I've got plenty of sets of pencils, but I guess you can't have too many, and you can always donate if you really feel you must. Looking forward to getting this. Your videos are always a joy to watch. Oh, and I loved your slippers!
