Alchemist is one of my top 5 fav producers, no doubt! Marv, you did a great job with this remix. You're right...this sample is complex. I found it and downloaded the original sample last year, because this song by Jadakiss is one of my favorite hip-hop songs of all time. I've used it as a reference track for various projects I worked on. Always had the intention of messin with it myself, but haven't been able to wrap my head around some of the chops just yet. Alchemists' chops are always classic, precise, but I just haven't dissected how he was able to chop up the samples and then re-pitch/rearrange them to play in time the way he did - but your explanation makes so much sense. Great vid brother! keep em coming 💯 👊🏾

And cut your loops from end part sometimes.
That principale is very prominent in swizzbeats shyne sample.

very close...the drums sound a little weird though but considering that you couldn't know what drums he used its pretty spot on....NICCCEEE (fab voice)
