He was caught entering library an hour or so later. I wish nothing but PAIN and SUFFERING for this monster.

Explanation: The man shot was 44 year old David Saldana (RIP) Shooter D.T. was charged with first degree murder and armed criminal action, it’s to be said the two had an altercation at a nearby Shell gas station, D.T. then followed mr. Saldana and proceeded to execute him with a point blank shot to the head. D.T. was found shortly after 6 blocks from the scene entering a library where he was searched and arrested with a firearm and a spent shell casing linking him directly to the execution.
