Was this video helpful?! Lmk ⬇️ if you want to see more scissor / shear videos!
Yes please these scissor cut videos are very helpful, the way you teach shears is very easy to understand
super helpful!
Super helpful
9:09 could you possibly show a different angle on that back part? To see how far back you grab the section
Definitely more scissor work, please and thank you 🙏🏽
Young guy seemed quite happy. Great job Sean. Nothing like a happy and satisfied client. Nicely done 😁
Absolutely
I found a lot of value in this one! Shear work isn't something that is done a lot in my shop so I really find these useful!
Great to hear!
Your shea videos are my favorite. At my school we've only had one legit shear class so watching your videos helped me big time. The class I took was cool but a lot of info in such a short amount of time. Being able to pause, rewind and replay your vids elevated my shear game. I appreciate you and all your hard work Sean! One love from sf
Love to hear it!
The only UA-camr I know that does shear tutorials that’s the hardest part in a haircut for me and I really appreciate your shears tutorials 🙏🙏
I try! Thanks!!!
Theres regal gentlemen and reuzel 🤫
I’m a new barber and really appreciate these shear cuts. Very easy to follow
Glad you like them!
I’m actually doing this cut today and searched the cut and my boy came up. Less stressed about the cut now. Thanks for the breakdown
You got it dawg!
Please keep doing these shear video tutorials !
Will do!
Hey Sean, love the video with longer hair. Shearwork is so underlooked in the barber industry. Would recommend after you blowdried your client's hair that you texturized it by doing deep point cuts to allow it to have a bit more movement and so the weight line where the top meets the sides isn't so heavy. Great tutorial man!
Thanks for the tip!
I like how you broke down the foundation in sections…also that area by the ear still gives me a tough time…nice work bro!
Thanks brotha 👊🏼
Man great video, this what youtube needs!!! Glad you do scissor cuts amd break it down! At this point we seen all the fade videos we need to! I need these type of videos and not many do them! Nice work dope cut as usual
I appreciate that!
This cut is the absolute bomb!
Please keep these scissor cuts coming your barber content is the best out there :)
Thank you! Will do!
amazing brooo !!!!! scissor work is on point
Thanks a lot!
Always wanna see more shear work/techniques!
You got it!
Really helpful this cut bro I sometimes find longer styles like these tricky
Appreciate it
No problem!!
Fire 🔥 as usual. Im definitely striving to be that good with the shears! 🔥🔥
🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Great job, Sean! I appreciate it!
Satisfying video to watch, fire work.🔥💯
Thanks 🔥
Another Curtain BANGER!
need more shear videos like this!!! 🔥
On it!
Hey Sean. Thanks for the vid. Would love to see a vid on long hair slicked back on top flowing into short on the sides, maybe into a 0.5 or just alot shorter. Sort of like a flat pompadour.
Been getting some clients asking for this kind of cut recently and I've been struggling with the cut.
I have a couple of those from back in the day. May have to search. If I get something soon I’ll record it
dope shear video man!
Thanks brotha! They do terrible on here but my core subscribers rock with it
@@Seancutshair I’ve honestly learned a lot of shear Game from you. It’s beneficial for sure
Great job as always man definitely want to see more shear work videos. thanks for what you do
Thanks! Will do!
Those are more difficult to learn in my opinion than regular fades, Really Good ✂️Work 👍 💈💯
Appreciate it 🙏🏼
Awesome work brother! 🔥🔥
Thank you!
Talented 💯 💯 💯 💯 love this one need to learn ✂️ work
🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
loved it! thanks sean! I asked you for this on insta! it's cool you listen to your fans! so nice to see scissor cuts vs fade, fade fade. Since you asked what we'd like, maybe even a longer curtain cut? The guys around here have them clear down to their chins, and not layered in the back so to speak?? thanks again, much appreciated
If I find anything close I’ll do my best
Nice cut man! Are you following your guide from your previous cut sections aswell as your block graduation or just following your guide from the block graduation?
Just the initial guide we set at the top
Clean af. Appreciate this fr
Thank you 🙏🏼
Bro got the best hair cutting tutorials
Appreciate that
I have to say, that’s almost exactly the way I do it too! 🔥👍🏻💈🔥👊🏻 I’m both stylist and barber though. 😅 solid content sir!
Nice! Thanks for watching!
Just the video i needed, thank you
Glad I could help
Hey Sean, awesome video and that is for teaching me so much! What’s the best clipper for self cuts to fade?
My favorite clipper right now is the gamma boosted
@@Seancutshair i just bought the gamma boosted and goldfx trimmers thanks bro
Makes it look so easy bro 🤦🏽♀️🙏🏻
🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
that looked very difficult to do, but you took it like a G. Great content fa sho
Not the easiest! Trying to get better everytime!
Sean, I love your videos and theyre extremely helpful. My only question is how do you determine how far out to pull your graduation. Some haircuts your fingers are against the head and others theyre not.. please help 😂
It just depends on what you’re trying to do. If it’s clippers on the side you have fingers to the head. If it’s scissor cut you determine the length
Amazing video bro
Thanks 🔥
Will there be more on tomb45 academy?
We’re working on some new stuff!
Surprisingly only heard "curtain bangs" 7 times throughout the whole video! Content is fire as usual Sean!!!
lol thanks dude
Good effort, but if u really want to learn to cut the sides with shears, try watching our Uk barbers, id recommend Regal Gentleman, he walks through long haircuts really well.
I watch a lot of his stuff!
Would this be considered as a wolf cut bc of the longer back?
I don’t know what a wolf cut is
A good hair cut to do and cut
👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
Can you review the Stylecraft X pro precision blade? “Slim blade”🙏🏾
I gave it to one of my barbers he loves it though!!!
🔥🔥 bro
🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Brother seus videos me ajudam demais....obrigado🇧🇷
Welcome!
Love it. 🔥
Thanks 🔥
These are the cuts that set u apart from all these skin fade barbers. If u can pull off cuts like this and fade. You’ll be on top in no time.
I agree! I pride myself on being versatile!
@@Seancutshair I think it’s mandatory to be versatile if anyone wants to be a top barber in their area or in the world. I my self have been working on perfecting these type of haircuts and ur videos help me a lot so thank you.
Can you do this but with a burst fade
Yeah you could just take more off the sides
where do you find them combs?
Ys park 336 from fwbarbersupply.com
Yeah I wish the barbers I encountered with would take their time like this homeboy blow dried his hair when the ones I've encountered doesn't do any of this lol
I style everybody!
sean cuts taught me how to cut hair not school
🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
🔥
Super 😊❤
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
How would you do this with a. Fade ?
The sides would just be different everything from the parietal ridge up would be cut the same
@@Seancutshair appreciate it bro. My problem is I cut all the hair that hangs over and get it blend. But it looks weird when the bangs are really long. Almost like a fohawk
Bro I am indian
Alrighty then
Ok so just keep your eye on where you stoped cutting. So you won't lose your spot and if you do just go bk and find where you stoped. We'll that's my problem I should say
Somethin like that 👌🏻
I would’ve bashed it all off to a 1 with thinners
Would have turned out nice
