Ever! One of the best ever! I think he belongs on the top 100 list no question! If that counts as one of the best ever....I think it does! Idk maybe he even belongs on the top 50!! He did rush for 10k AND catch for 4300 AND he had solid YPC many seasons! Gave you well over 1,000 YFS like every single year minus like maybe one where he was injured, and most years it was wayyyy more than 1,000. I mean his numbers are so good and he STILL shared the backfield with mike alstott for a lot of his ealry career in Tampa and that def impacted his rushing totals. He also is one of the best recieiving backs of all time and was obviously ahead of his time in that way. I actually think everything about him is like perfect for a modern RB. Amazing career, and his story is even more amazing. ( he raised like 9 siblings by himself or soemtbitn because he lost his parents or something? And I believe he also has had a huge impact in a lot of other NFL and college players lives. I believe he is like one of the most philanthropic players ever if I recall correctly)
3x pro bowler, 1997 offensive player of year, over 10,000 rushing yards, over 500 receptions...to me he's the most underrated RB arguably of all time. Borderline HOF player also
Your canes was beasts when I was 7yrs old in 1995 to 2004 i remember the canes produced alot of draftees. I do want to see the canes to in the top 5 ranks again. I'm an Longhorns fan but I'm a fan of the sports alone.
When I saw this I asked myself why is Warwick d u n n not in the NFL Hall of Fame great humanitarian get houses for a single mothers never been in trouble when the Super Bowl but you got all these guys that can go and craziness wow
Imagine dunn playing in the modern NFL with the more open offenses and more college type schemes for some teams, all of the passing to RBs, the value of duel threat backs, size not mattering as much for backs, agility and speed out of the backfield valued more than ever!!! I mean let’s throw warrick on the current niners, browns, colts, cowboys, chiefs, pats, rams, bucs, steelers, Vikings, panthers, ravens!!! Oh man...I’m talking legit 2000 yards from scrimmage honestly. Right?
Curtis Enis lookin sad on the sideline!Warrick Dunn was the 🐐 HB Screen 👑! Salute to #28 both on & off the field!! This man is single handily responsible for building and placing hundreds if not thousands of families in homes down south. If I’m not mistaken, I believe he even built the house that Deshawn Watson grew up in.
Hes a shifty little guy and fast asf....one of the most exciting players ive ever seen. Seemed like he could take it to the house at any moment....very underrated and should be a hall of famer. It sucks that he wasnt on the team that won the sb.....mike pittman cant carry his jokey strap
Warrick Dunn is the best Running back in the NFL!!! Let's go Buccaneers!!! Siege the day!!! I 🖤 #28!!! I love Warrick Dunn!!! Great in Tampa Bay!!! I 🖤 #28!!! Go Bucs!!!
for sure. warrick dun and charlie ward. those were some great match ups against the canes. but i was still of course a canes fan. all about the U! but yeah dun and ward were one of my fav players for sure
Reason im a diehard FSU fan to this day and was a Bucs fan for a short while. And still the smallest RB (around 5'9 180 ibs) in league history to surpass 10,000 Rushing yards
It’s 2022. Warrick Dunn is 20th ALL-TIME in NFL yards from scrimmage (rushing/receiving). 15/19 ahead of him are HOF. 3 are ineligible but will likely be 1st ballot (Adrian Peterson, Larry Fitzgerald, Frank Gore) the other person ahead of him is Tiki Barber. I think he & Tiki deserve it. Top 20 ALL-TIME is very very impressive in a League that’s seen over 26,000 players.
Too bad Warrick wasn’t with the Bucs when they won the Super Bowl. He was such a major contributor in the years that turned the buccaneers around from the loser team they had been for so many years. I remember the dangerous duo of Alstott and Dunn during the years that Tampa finally became a contender in the NFL and started making post season appearances for the first time in more than a decade. Pittman had a good game in the Super Bowl, but wasn’t really the same break-away runner that Dunn was during the regular season.
Warrick ran a 4.28 40. I feel like he always gets left out when talking about fastest guys. 40 time is simply just NOT a perfect correlative stat for breakaway speed on a football field, but sometimes it is. I’m just pointing out how someone like Nick Chubb can run in the 4.50 range yet set an NFL seaosn high with over 22MPH. But yeah, warrick clearly had a fast 40 AND he also had fast track speed and top end speed and acceleration. I’ve been having a lot of debates about the fastest RBs ever, and warrick might be #3? Chris johnson...Barry Sanders? Raheem mostert? Raheem ran an official 10.15 AND hit 23!!!! MPH on a run this year, so honestly I want to give him #1...but I know people are not going to let anyone get past cj2k and his 4.24....but I honestly think Raheem is faster outside of that one simple metric. Raheem also ran a 4.32 40 himself and clearly was faster at top speed than Johnson...riggt?
As a Tampa guy I can tell you Dunn is an amazing human being for our community. And a HIGHLY underrated runner.
Definitely one of the best running back’s of that era

um52 I would say Fred Taylor is the most underrated right next to Warrick Dunn
um52 Couldn’t agree more!
and off the field, he's an even bigger MVP.
@@tbranch227 Absolutely! Just an all-around amazing person!
@@tbranch227 Hall of Famer off the field.
Dude is WILDLY underrated.
I was a running back & wore #28 because of Warrick Dunn.
Warrick Dunn was one of my favorite RB's of all time my guy was small but had the heart of a lion
I love mike alstott and Warrick dunn
@@ToomersCorner WD 40!!!
I use to love playing with his character on the original 2k games
Great back and even better human being.
People think NFL teams using the running back as a versatile receiver is a new thing....not soo Warrick was killing it back then
Dan Moriarty he was indeed.
Im a Canes fan but gotta say... I loved Warrick Dunn
same

Same bro, go canes and go Warrick Dunn

Canes fan here but I love this dude... My son is small playing running back and this is my go to video of a small RB with a big ❤..
I grew up a Miami Hurricane ONLY and this is truly earned & respect.
WARRICK DUNN
It's absolutely astounding how a guy that small as a RB was able to last as long as he did and be as productive as Warrick Dunn was as a pro.
Most efficient backs are small
Warrick Dunn versatile running and catching #28 my favorite player
I'm not a fan of either team he played for, but I loved watching this guy as a kid! What a run, Warrick Dunn!
I grew up watching Warrick Dunn play. Been a fan of his ever since his FSU days. Seeing this makes me so nostalgic!
FSU had two Dynamic Warricks
Dream come true when Bucs drafted him! Wish he could have been on the 02 SuperBowl team
Wasnt he on the 02 team?
Lillian Ball sadly no, Pittman was
This generation of running backs was incredible. This is back when we all wanted to be running backs. Crazy how times change.
Loved WD and he has a wonderful charity as well. Homes for the holidays.

Warrick was definitely fun to watch play the game.
He at times looked like Barry Sanders. Just not as bulky!

Good rb and helps people
On that 76-yd run by Dunn @ 2:40, watch the hustle by #27 who saves the play from being a TD.
I love football, man... *Jon Gruden voice*
27 was hauling ass doe u right
The Best stop & Go by a Back Ive ever seen.. All time Great but underrated
The pride of FSU ⛏️ Warrick Dunn a true living legend 🤓🤓🤓🤓🤓🤓
Love Dunn, he was never the same after his injury. But glad he made a nice bounce back in ATL.
He was my fav as a kid him n mike Alstott will forever be my fav one two backfield
I Love ❤❤Warrick Dun
Most under rated rb of all time
The best rb in Bucs history to me, ashame they didn’t wanna pay to keep him. Then they won. Super Bowl after letting him go
He was so damn fast
Louisiana's Finest Warrick Dunn
Warrick Dunn is the best Running back in the NFL!!! Let's go Buccaneers!!! Siege the day!!! I 🖤 #28!!! I love Warrick Dunn!!! Great in Tampa Bay!!! I 🖤 #28!!! Go Bucs!!!
It's a damn shame they traded him to ATL. He deserved that ring!
Chuckie did it!
Such a pity
He left as a free agent.
Finafuckingly. I was waiting on a NFL Dunn highlight vid. Thank you.
Top five all-time 💯
This was my favorite RB other than Bettis in these times
I love his voice him and John Mamie football so excited to play
Dunn is the truth the best running back ever
He knew how to get it “Dunn”!!
How he is not in the hall of fame is crazy!
Screen pass to Warrick Dunn you getting at least a 30 yard gain
Although, Warwick Dunn wasn't a blazer, but his elusiveness made up for it.
I think all my fellow Canes fan will agree that we loved watching Warrick play.

Imagine how good he could’ve been if our Bucs offense was better.

It's amazing/frustrating how many times he went down inside the 5 after a big play.
This man is ELECTRIC Brady would have loved him with todays Bucs. Shoot he would be a top 5 back in todays NFL.
Barry Sanders lite is what I always called him
Shame he wasn't on the sb winning team in 2002. Definitely deserves a ring
Double trouble , Dunn and Alstott A-Train
dude was only like 5'10 175lbs. That's the most amazing part of it.
5'8" 180lbs
Warri I dunn man
Who we got in 2022 like this?
😳 just like Barry sanders
Chris Johnson next PLEASE!!!!
I'm waiting on that too
Y cant i find falcons dunn highlights!!!!!????
I'm going to repost it..........
dude could take a hit but could stay in the game
Man, I was pissed when we let him go and Atlanta picked him up
Maurice Jones drew?
He'd rush for 2000 in today's game.lil big dog
I remember when the Bucs let him go. I was so shocked.
That's my cousin. Swear to God
Barry Sanders light
He's gotta be the smallest back I've seen. Looks the size of a h.s. back not an N.F.L. back
Seems like he primarily cooked the Vikings and Lions 😆. He was definitely one of the better backs of his time

Feels like the bucs played the lions a ton in the 90s
They were in the same division
Dunn= Sproles
WD-40 baby!!!
Why we traded Dunn for Pitman, I will never understand :(
I wonder why tampa got rid of him smh
They didn't want to pay
Imo Leveon Bell is most similar in running style
Not at all
@@BGizzle8098
Look at how patient they both are. Old post but I stand by my words
Patience, yes. Running style, no.
