First 20 min of Percy Harvin last month now this??!! You are a legend I’ve been waiting on these highlights with original broadcasting for over a decade 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Imagine if he played with Peyton Manning or Brady different career for sure or if he had a chance to play with Carson Palmer before he got injured. But no denying he was a heck of a collegiate player! In my eyes I’d take P-DUB over any WR in their prime for college
The most dangerous WR after the catch of all time! I used to live watching him. I’m so surprised he is never mentioned anymore. Thank you so much, your channel is LEGENDARY🔥🔥
He could do everything! IMO greatest college football player ever. He was a Glider out there so smooth and breaking ankles all over. How could true CFF forget him (head scratcher). True honor and pleasure watching him play. Thanks Peter for the wonderful memories. .
ME!!!! Fred Taylor on there talking recklessly. Smh. Harvin better than Bush AND Warrick? Crazy. Everything he said Harvin did Warrick did except line up in the backfield.
Percy Harvin has 2 National Championships and a Super Bowl ring also played out of the backfield and was much faster than Peter Warrick but I have tremendous respect for what he did at FSU
@@MrCokamoepro Pete also played out the backfield was one of the originators of the wildcat formation and don’t forget that Pete played quarterback in high school!🤷🏾♂️
@@BHsoFunny He was having a great 3rd season and coming into his own. The team around him was horrible until 2003. He gave his right knee to the Bengals and lost his career coming back for the playoff push in 2003. When asked why he was coming back weeks earlier than the doctors wanted him to he said the fans deserve to see a winner and had seen losing for too long. He got hurt that game and basically lost his career. So, he gave THAT to Bengals fans.
Harvin, DeSean Jackson, and Reggie Bush were faster, but no one juked as sweet as Warrick. Holy shit, you almost can't believe those cuts. The most electric college football player I've ever seen.
The fact this dude has, and deservedly so, a 30 min long highlight tape says it all. That is really impressive and also why the pro expectations were so high. He was actually a decent pro player but living up to the expectations of arguably being one of the top 5 college WR/PR of all-time is a lot for anyone.
Injuries. I know someone that played for the Bengals at the time. He said during practice the defense couldn’t slow him down when healthy. Truly unfortunate for what could have been.
I missed alot of the 98 season highlights so thanks..... i def wasent sleeping on em that following year even thou his heisman got forfeited to Ron dayne of all folks no disrespect
Remember he got in trouble missed like 2/3 games the beginning of that season for what him and another player did at a clothing store. The heisman would of been his for the taken of not for that incident.
I beat peter warrick in a pop warner game in jacksonville fla when i was a kid,i never scored 4td's again,he went to glory, nfl&money&i never played in college........long live peter warrick.......1988 mcadenville dolphins
I remembered he ran 4.48 at the combine and everybody expected faster, but watching this, he wasn't blazing fast, so 448 was about right, i dont know why they expected 4.3
As good as it gets. At 5”11” there was no way in which he couldn’t exploit a secondary. From underneath a zone, across the middle or going deep, could run the entire route tree and then some. Better be glad offense’s weren’t running the complex route system I see guys running these days. People often get hung up on how elusive he was but he had it all with a near 40in vertical at a time when most standout Wr were 6” and above. Jump balls and spectacular catches with ease and regularity. The league doesn’t always get it right with everybody. Had he played in NE he may have ended his career in Canton.
He was Barry #Sanders, Moss, Hopkins, TO, Hill, Jackson, Harrison and others, picture that. 😳 Glad i watched him play still hurt he didn't become a star in the #NFL...🤮
I’ve watched college football since I’ve been 5 years old. Only dude i can think of with these type moves in the open field is CJ Spiller or Reggie Bush as well.
@@AO-mz8uh Lol, Peter Warrick was as good as it gets as a route runner. Dude broke Dre Bly's ankles and didn't even have the ball in his hands. Edit: Can't believe you're actually getting up votes for your comment. A quick search for those who don't already know will lead you to multiple articles that mention Peter Warrick as possibly the greatest college route runner of all time.
First 20 min of Percy Harvin last month now this??!! You are a legend I’ve been waiting on these highlights with original broadcasting for over a decade 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Me too; so I said "fuck it," and made it myself
The real highlights in his era when he was at Florida State nobody was on his level on the field ❤❤❤ P dub#9
Sad how some forget just how much of a monster Peter Warrick was. One of the best to ever do it!
Your absolutely correct that man was a beast in flawda
None of it transitioned over into the Pros, probably the main reason he was forgotten
I think he would’ve got drafted to a better team with competent QB. I think he would’ve had a much better NFL career.
@@LeathafaceTV I agree the Bengals were not it back then. Akili Smith and Jon Kitna were his QBs.
Imagine if he played with Peyton Manning or Brady different career for sure or if he had a chance to play with Carson Palmer before he got injured. But no denying he was a heck of a collegiate player! In my eyes I’d take P-DUB over any WR in their prime for college
Best football player I've ever seen, and I got to see him live every home game in '99.
Idolized Peter Warrick in HS. Before there was Reggie Bush, before DeSean Jackson, he was the most elusive player in college football history
That stop in go while carrying the football was patented by Peter Warrick.
I’m a FSU fan but Barry Sanders has entered the Universe
@CFO341 Barry got 25 carries Pete touches the ball 12 time max a game and still had better plays than Barry.
The most dangerous WR after the catch of all time! I used to live watching him. I’m so surprised he is never mentioned anymore. Thank you so much, your channel is LEGENDARY🔥🔥
Peter Warrick needs a football life story straight up
One of my favorites in college football. Peter Warrick
Everybody after Peter (Reggie, Desean, Percy etc) stole P Dubs swag he was that DUDE.
HE MIGHT BE THE BEST COLLEGIATE PLAYER OF ALL-TIME NO CAP!!!!!!!!!!!
Agreed!
P-Dub was just straight deboing ankles.
The man the myth the LEGEND! All those of us that saw this man in realtime should consider ourselves blessed!
King of the dead leg cut. Yes, King... There is no other.

Peter Warrick the WR GOAT in College
Peter Warrick was truly something SPECIAL#9
He was a threat to score every time he touched the ball.
My favorite college football player!!!
charlie an warrick for me
The reason why I’m a bengals fan to this day is that man💯💯
He barely did shit for the Bengals.

I don't know about that man. Peter was fast as f@ck too. Watch this video again.
Im a Gator...but this guy was hands down nasty...when he gets his hands in the ball...
It's hard sometimes to come across great players like Warrick we need that back at FSU
I’m patently waiting for another player like this or prime time just in general alot of players with moves now days but this was must see TV lol
He was a true ankle breaker!! And straight out of Bradenton, Fl. !!! I loved watching him play!!!
Yep watched him when he was a Seminole at Southeast High. His hs team was legendary too .

He was an absolute stud. Had so much fun watching him…..
He was ahead of his time. Not sure why he didn’t excel in the NFL but he would be a weapon today.
Because he played for the bungles

Best college football reciever of all time.

That FSU team was excellent
And I heard the announcer say that they had a chance to have Randy Moss too.. That would have been magical.

He didnt run through holes. He CREATED them.

One of the Best college players next to Woodson
