Another great video Roger! Thanks! The state of Indiana should hire you to promote tourism in the state and do a national ad like Tim Allen does with Michigan.
You missed the Indiana High School Basketball Hall of Fame shoe in New Castle. You were so close. Also, there is another Transformer (Optimus Prime) slightly north of Decatur, In, at Metal Source on the west side of US 27. Love your videos. Keep them coming!
I’ve started filming one that focuses on museums, there’s quite a few! The most surprising was the Amish Museum up at Shipshewana. It was honestly one of the most well done multimedia experiences I’ve ever encountered. You wouldn’t expect that from the Amish! 🙂
Great list. I've been to a few of these, and was just at Seven Pillars yesterday. Didn't know about the metal sculptures in Peru & Wabash, and I go through there fairly often! Now I have new things to look for. Thanks for sharing, Roger!
I was born and raised in Wabash, and I still live here. I've been to many of the attractions you showed in this video. I want to visit some of the other places you have highlighted on your channel. My wife and I thoroughly enjoy watching your trips to the sights of Indiana. Keep up the great work.
The Czech Egg in Wilson Kansas might be the largest egg in the US. it is 20 feet tall and 15 feet across, much larger than the egg in Indiana and the egg in Washington State.
All of your videos are so well done. The Indiana Department of Tourism needs to link to your channel if they don't already. Thanks for all your time and effort. I've learned a lot.
Enjoyed your video. I am from the area, and still learned of a few new things I need to go look at. PS My family has a long history at Lake Manitou, and we always pronounced it Manitaw...
You’d be surprised how many towns I’ve mispronounced in the last seven years! 😂 I have really enjoyed my time in Northern Indiana. I have enough material to do four videos at the moment, and there’s still lots of things to cover!

Another great video Roger, I've lived in Indiana almost 49 years, and there's a few of those I hadn't heard of before. Going to try to check them out before Winter gets here. Thank you

Absolutely beautiful video Roger. Wish I'd known you were going to be so close to my home, I'd have taken you to dinner...or grilled at the very least. Several of these attractions in this release I've investigated for my channel. Manitou. the Beast of Busco..love the old myths and legends. The 7 Pillars just outside of Peru are called the 7 Sisters by the Miami Indians. Being located on the Mississinewa River it was a trade center where local natives would stay in the sisters as canoes came up full of trade goods.. kind of a drive thru pawn shop. When you were at Fremont, IN you shoulda visited the Wild Winds Buffalo Preserve. Very AMAZING place. Thanks for all the road time you do and keeping the "ADVENTURES" out there so everyone can enjoy them.
@@LivingHistorysMysteries Thank-you! So far, I’ve made four trips to northern Indiana, collecting stories and ideas as I go. I hope to wrap before the colors turn.
