My first 200a. I tore down and cleaned up. Cage was rusty. Had the wrong vent. Needed a generator and gaskets. Put fuel and mantle on and fired up. #colemanlantern #lantern #coleman200a #200a
I noticed that not one time did you spin that pricker needle in your generator. That needs to be done, especially when it's acting up like it was. Thanks for your video and all you do.
Yep. I thought I would never find the red one but now I have three. Stay tuned for a video on the others plus a ton of other ones I have collected in the last year.
They can be finicky at times..Each has it's own little quirks looks like it's losing pressure a bit .. If your sure the cap seal is good check and see if the check valve is leaking through a bit.. (pump it up .. leave the plunger open and cover the hole with your thumb and see if it pushes the rod back out) Maybe just needed some run time...
Your knowledge is unmatched! I can't even remember what I had for breakfast.
Believe me, I have forgotten many many things.
Great work! Looks like you did a good job on it. She roars!

So many lanterns so little of space sometimes. Take care!
True. Never enough space

I actually did not pull the check valve. Did soak with carb cleaner. The longer it ran, the better it acted.
The Coleman bug has struck again
Oh it has for a while now. Just haven't had a lot of time to work on them in the last year.
