So much so I had to rewatch the other video from about a month ago because I had a hard time realizing it was him even though you said it was Bogdan. Strongly agree. I still think pirohy with bryndza is the best out of the pirogy-pirohy-vareniki-pelmeni family. But then I haven't really dug into vareniki that much when visiting Ukraine (food is generally so good in UA, so usually I go for things like fried liver and salads); this war must stop quickly so I can remedy that! ;-) This was a lovely video, Chernihiv seems really nice. Incidentally just before the pandemic my husband and I were debating whether to go to Chernihiv or Chernivtsi for our next Ukrainian trip - both looked beautiful, and it's funny with the similar names so far apart within the same country.

Your driving and walking around the city reminds me of being in New England. I'm weird but I love foggy weather. I'm born and raised in NW Oregon and I love hiking in the woods on a rainy foggy day. The mushrooms, moss, lichen, ferns, old growth tree's, creek's. You name it. I love Temperate Rainforest Ecosystem's. Our coast is really rugged and rocky, foggy, big waves, tide pools, crabbing 🦀. I love all of it. Ukraine fascinates me and I really appreciate your ability to cope during difficult situations with your awesome approach to life and your dark humor. It's very therapeutic 🤟🏻

Your driving and walking around the city reminds me of being in New England. Sandy streets, slushy ice on the sidewalks, people all bundled up, stopping into a cafe to get well fed on hot food... all so familiar. Very heart warming to see friends taking care of each other, and making plans for the future.
I hope to visit and try those dumplings myself some day!

I'm weird but I love foggy weather. I'm born and raised in NW Oregon and I love hiking in the woods on a rainy foggy day. The mushrooms, moss, lichen, ferns, old growth tree's, creek's. You name it. I love Temperate Rainforest Ecosystem's. Our coast is really rugged and rocky, foggy, big waves, tide pools, crabbing 🦀. I love all of it. Ukraine fascinates me and I really appreciate your ability to cope during difficult situations with your awesome approach to life and your dark humor. It's very therapeutic 🤟🏻

Looks like what western Massachusetts looked like all winter before climate change and a move off the hills to the valley. I MISS IT. The ice covered trees is so beautiful.
