Overkill’s probably the hardest working thrash band out there. They’ve never gone on hiatus once, they put out an album every 2-3 years on average, and they’ve been doing blue-collar touring for more than 30 years. Metallica may have all the success and glory, but Overkill knows how to keep it authentic.

I briefly met Bobby a few years back at a Whataburger in Mesa, Arizona just before a show. I didn't want to bother him when he was trying to grab a quick bite before he hit the stage but he was very cool and gracious when I told him I was a longtime fan and was looking forward to that night's show. The show was killer and Bobby was great as always.

I've seen these dudes twice this year, here in Atlanta, and they just go the fuck off! The live performance is awe inspiring quite frankly. "Who's in charge?!" I fuckin' love when Bobby says that. They still sound fresh, and very much relevant, the soundtrack to my youth. I hope they go another 35.

I see dozens of live shows each year and Overkill in 2019 was one of my most fun, energetic shows I've ever been to. This band still kills it, so get out and support them when they come to your town.

Met the band back in 93 and they were all awesome back then. Incredibly nice guys who spent time hanging out with a group of us after a show. Still the best concert I've ever been to.

I remember growing up my mom and dad had so many different shirts, picks, sticks, memorabilia from overkill shows in the late 80s in Baltimore. Every time they would come my parents would go and would somehow wind up meeting Blitz and D.D. Its awesome to have that connection to them even though i came around a generation later.

I've only been their fan for little over a year now, so unfortunately I havent had the pleasure to see them live or meet Bobby in person, but it's so heartwarming to see all the positive comments about him everywhere. He seems to be one hell of a nice guy and it makes me love the band even more. I hope I get to see them live someday.

This is one of the nicer buses I've seen featured, but then again I only watch the ones with metal bands.
its kinda amazing how much a bus can fit and still provide a "luxurious stay" i could totally travel in a bus like that :P
They are definitely nice. Very expensive though. That's why the vast majority of bands rent them.
well, when u have to be away from home for a long period of time it makes sense to make it as comfortable as possible, when all is paid they probably dont make as much money as people like to think tho
