30 Ways in 30 Days for Migraine
    FEVERFEW
Feverfew is an herb that comes from the Tanacetum parthenium plant, a relative of the daisy family.
Feverfew has been recognized for its medicinal properties for thousands of years.
It can reduce fevers (as its name suggests!), reduce inflammation in rheumatoid arthritis, and improve pain of headaches.
Though the jury is still out on feverfew’s overall effect on migraine, several studies showed benefit at doses of 100-300 mg/day.
A more recent study showed that feverfew, in COMBINATION with other supplements, such as magnesium and CoQ10, reduced the frequency and severity of migraine symptoms.
If you’re looking to add some natural remedies to your migraine toolkit, consider adding feverfew. Though overall it’s considered very safe, check with your provider first.
I’ve found that feverfew has helped not only my migraine, but also the symptoms in many of my patients when taken for at least 3-6 months.
This is why I included feverfew as one of the key ingredients in new supplement for migraine, called CALM.
