I love these types of almost-tutorials, where you’re shown what tools you have available to you and how to use them. It leaves a lot of room to mess around with them in-game, and see what they can do! Great video, you rule!
Shhhh don't expose how fast I can do it people will expect more lol Honestly the vast majority of the effort per video goes into just figuring out what topic to cover and how to chunk it. Once I know what to talk about I can sort of just... do it.

I wasn’t even sure what it even was and frankly I was trying to learn it too soon. Somebody brought this to light so I thought I’d share what they told me so you can maybe incorporate a tutorial for ppl before they start to learn flux. When I asked this person if they could teach me flux they basically said well if you walk up to someone and ask them to teach you a language you never spoke before, it might seem impossible to know where to even start. They said think of something you want to make first. You can explore and follow people around or just think about it and come up with ideas. Then you can create a scenario where you actually need flux and you can ask someone for help with that specific thing. I think it would be cool to see you gather some ideas from your circle of friends in Resonite and just ask them “hey what was the first thing you did with flux or the first thing you had to start learning flux to accomplish?” I think you’ll be able to get some amazing ideas and video content ideas. I truly think once you start adding practical uses to these flux tutorials you could really blow up your channel and probably even Resonite. I think the biggest struggle for a creative experience to Resonite and flux is the barrier of entry. But once that barrier is breached, the sky’s the limit. Your starting project is your gateway into Protoflux, and you're absolutely correct in comparing it to learning a language since that's exactly what it is! The Welcome to Resonite series is all about simple systems to give you a jumping off point, and this one will hopefully serve the dual purpose of being a catalogue of every node as well as inspiration for new ideas. I can't tell you how many times someone has shown me a function I didn't realize existed and sparked an "Oh! I can use that for [blank]" moment.
