I find it really interesting how you sorta go over your general thought process and decisions near the end of the video, understanding why you choose certain stuff, hope you keep doing stuff like that. Would you consider going over the midi and explaining your thought process behind it and stuff? Remember you did it a couple videos ago and it was quite interesting/informative. much love and keep grinding
When I watch your videos all I think is what if we were all just chilling in discord VC making music and screen sharing, hopping between peoples streams and checking out different peoples tunes and their processes. Idk when I watch your videos I always feel like I’m just chilling in a call with you watching you cook but it would be sick to be able to chime in. Even a stream where chat can ask questions would be dope but the discord VC can be a smaller scale and more personal
Bro the manual sidechain can be much simpler, either just use auto pan or just setup a rack with a couple of saturators all controlled with the same volume and dry/wet macros. That way you can just draw in the automation shape with the volume macro and mix it in with the dry/wet macro
keep up the great work, already starting 2025 off strong, Jimmy. Also, check out the artist "Levi Ryan", I'd really like to see you make a beat based on his music :)💗
I love your channel Jimmy! You have taught me so much about Ableton and beat making.
can you remake the 2008 market crash in ableton live 12 for free?
