And loads of long soaks in the bath 😆 plus loads of these asmr videos at night to help wind down. Used to be a rarity when my body can be relaxed enough to fall asleep without medical aid. I just want to thank you. :) still watching in 2021
The audio setting / background of this video is amazing. The constant subtle humming, the occasional chirping bird, cars going by, the occasional sound from other people in the apartment. Together with Dimitri's hypnotizing voice and the sound of skin rubbing on skin this is a true masterpiece of relaxation. I've easily watched and listened to this a hundred times by now.

Well its easy to figure out with some knowledge of anatomy of the nerves and muscles. Usually its not the middle of a muscle that is painfull. It often comes from a point where the muscle connects instead of the spot itself. Also nerve pain is mostly caused by the nearest clusters of nerves. Like your hand can hurt because of shoulder problems. The rest of the massage is not to fix things but just for relaxation which i think is better to do at home if youre not a professional.

Ohhhh also, my favorite part of a massage is when I'm on my back and they massage my neck and shoulders while I'm on my back, and do the neck stretch, and also when I'm on my stomach and they do the sacral stretch, OMG those 2 techniques are THE MOST amazing things ever! You can do the sacral stretch when she's on her stomach, and you're standing at her head massaging downwards toward her bottom, and after you do that for a few minutes, the last trip down the back you push the sacral area, not down, but as if you're pushing her very very lower back (almost her butt) down to her feet, and hold it for a few seconds, it feels amazing. The neck stretch is done when shes on her back, and you make a loose fist (use oil for this) and (start gently) move your knuckles up and down the curve of her neck (extend this down to the upper shoulder area), and on the last stroke UP the neck, take your hand and gently take hold of the base of her skull, and gently pull it toward you, as if you're going to pull her head off her body lol. It stretches the spine and it feels so freakin good to take that pressure off. I would LOVE to see you do that to Scarlet in a total non pervy way!

As I sit hunched over my key board, with pain from the base of my skull to my hamstrings, this gives me hope. I have used Chiropractors over 35 years and no luck of long term relief .. When I hobble into my Chiropractor, he says lay on your side and relax.... Dang you can't relax, that's why I was there, the pain was to much to live with and there is no way to relax, I hear stuff poping and feel stuff moving, but not much relief Nice video
