This video is quite old. Blender can do much better now ;) - Фільми й анімація
very nostalgic... I used to listen to this song all day long
It is simply astounding that these were made with a free program. I tried Blender several years ago, but hated the interface - I think it deserves more attention and another try.
I have to give props to these gifted artist. Because, believe me, I don't have the patience to model in blender.
Im lost for words, just fantastic.
ludicresly impressive,beautiful, and enchanting, 5/5.
Really Nice. The Music was Perfect!
i knew i was right in choosing blender :D, this is definitely a reassuring video to keep me motivated :)
beautiful work.
sooo..........real.......i don't know,this is incedible,the money moutain was a nice touch,5/5 fav,how ?,it's the most realistic cgi i've seen,matching billion dollar movies,from a free program,ur amazing
Man, I just started. Can't wiat till I can do amazing things like that!
Damn this is awesome!
Wow... now those guys(and girls) have talent!
This is a 2006 upload amd still looking great. Imagine what can be done with the Blender 2.5 /python
Amazing stuff. Very inspirational.
Really wicked stuff
All it takes is patience, time, and knowledge of the diffrent buttons. Just play with it, dont try to make something, play with it until your familiar with every aspect of the software.
Wow! amazing stuff =D
Cool.
I've only just started using blender and that stuff is inspiring :{D
That is unbelievebly clever
I wish I could do all that
FANTASTIC
Wow,And to think this is from 2006!,if when that old it could create this, imagine NOW!
Yeah I know! 2024 Blender is insane with how capable it is
@@BirdHangovers eyy someone else researching old blender too :D
@@cataleixmexico2869alt not researching, so much as just watching really old youtube
According to the end credits, the music is by Jan Morgenstern, and the song is listed as "Blender Demo Reel (Siggraph 2005)" on his references page at wavemage.com.
wow this is amazing! i am going to work more on blender maybe i will get this good someday
awsome pictures and animation, and also a beautiful song. 5*
Great work
I only hope one day I might be as good as half of these.
It is a very good engine, and easy to learn.
haven't tried those others.
It's amazing how much you can do with blender. Blender in the world of 3d modeling is like vim in the world of programming. The two use very similar user interface philosophy and boy they are powerful tools once you manage to learn them well :)
Agree
@@cubit404 wow. 15 years ago :D
@@mkschreder haha I was looking for older blender videos and thought It'd be funny... welcome back after 15 years 😄
It's also a bit of a matter of intuition. I got my first proper model together in a week or two. You don't really have to learn everything at once; a few tools are already enough to produce some pretty neat stuff.
wow shit!!! AWESOME! maaan, think if these people got together for one year!!
gotta say thats insane.
Blender is the best 3d software!
this proves it
gives me a push to learn Blender more in depth :)
i have Blender but haven't used it in a while because its so hard to use. i needed this video to motivate me again....oh yeah and... 1:09 companion cube? sorry lol i was just thinking about Portal :)
i want to know though how long does it take to get this good? years? i only started barely and im having a hard time. yet i really want to make stuff like this and animation. i will keep trying, these are amazing. these are enough to make me want to keep trying :) beautiful work here.
Wow, do you make this? If, you did your awesome!!!
Wow......just......wow.
btw what song is this i LOVE it... this video is 100% the reason i am learning blender
WO!!!!, with this video, I think my path to be a good artist is veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery long... xD
thats awsome and realy nice animations. blener is prob the best.
@AcceleratorVids just check mstreeter11 comment:
'According to the end credits, the music is by Jan Morgenstern, and the song is listed as "Blender Demo Reel (Siggraph 2005)" on his references page at wavemage.'
I think it was composed for this video, in the end you can see names of the creators, music was composed by Jan Morgenstern.
@CloudWatcherX no way. Not years. If you gave it half an hour every day, you'll master it in months.
There are very good things in this vid... I LOVE "all alone".
good music though
Blender is easy. Just start from the beginning, there are many tutorials in internet. Curve of learning is high but with order you can learn fast.
@AoiMitsuko I'm glad you liked it. I hope you gave blender a try ;) it is great to work with it. Creating everything your imagination is capable of...
haha just realised it is by a number of people. but still the art work in it is crazy lol...
amazing!!! I´m just starting to make animations, I really wish to make anims like that.
great, I'm starting to love blender, hehe
btw: who've made the background-music?
If only I could make stuff like that on blender
Great music!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
great
i'm sold! i'm gonna dl blender!!
awesome!!!
no tienen madre!
@xXxAshersxXx Exactly. I think one of the best ways to learn is to follow youtube tutorials. If you've never used any other 3D program before, it's a lot of new vocabulary, so step-by-step visuals are especially helpful.
i need to remember closing my mouth after this xD
wow all images r great, i wonder can do this, but learn alone its no too easy, and also the great tuto r on english and im not soo good on it.. bet good 4 u man u r realy great. cogratulations
I wrote it is made by various authors. This vid is work of the best blenderists in the world =) I am trying blender too, but I really couldn't make this. Blender rules! ;)
WOW that was all top quality stuff..so this is the siggraph competition. Were there any entries using maya or was it all in blender? how easy is blender compared to maya?
It is the Siggraph 2005 demoreel.
Genial, ya que recién encontré en una feria un libro de blender ....del 2007
wow!!!impressionante
Blender is great and easy. I was really surprised when a lot of people told me that it was really hard to use. Ive used both 3ds max and blender and power wise they are not that different. Blender is a little behind but not much. Not in the way that the average user would notice or care. And in my opinion blender is better for modelling than 3ds max but 3ds max is better for doing animations than blender. BLender rules!
THE N O S T A L G I A
@CloudWatcherX I hope you'll have fun with blender ;) there are many tutorials and helpful community, so don't hesitate and ask if you have any problem.
It'll take some time. The biggest disadvantage of Blender is the learning curve.
It's all in the Subsurface Scattering...
hellz yeah
@UTMadMan oh ok, thanks. i will keep trying then :)
Incredible! 5/5/fav.
What's the soundtrack?
I AM SPEECHLESS
i'm an artist, i love to make things beautiful, im not very good at blender, but i feel if i practice it, ill be able to go far ^-^
@rigomortisfxstudios No way! Maybe it takes 2 years to become real pro, but I doubt that. You can learn basics in a week or so. It depends on how 'artist' you are - even though I am terrible (I can't draw or anything) I learned to use blender quite well. If you want to learn everything blender has to offer, I believe it can take some months or even a year. But it also depends on how often you play with it. But it is fun.
Those 5 - 8 years is absolute nonsense!
yeah i even use the program im planning on making a kingdom hearts story line!
the robot at 5:43 was my favorite
With my friend were gonna make an rpg with blender!
sucks that its only in 360p, 1080p would be nice.
Ow sorry, totally misunderstood u then xD I've opened it a few times aswell, and I don't know anything about it yet. xD But I get Blender as a subject on school, so I learn how to use Blender, and what to do with it... ^^ Hope I could make a vid like this once too! ^^
must be hundreds of years...
blender is a free 3d modeling program. games like ff would use the expensive stuff like maya or 3dsmax
that wasnt good. it was I-N-C-R-E-D-I-B-L-E!! Amazing job.
All blender users! Let's unite and show that free isn't worse than commercial!
happened to me also. i think u should try downloading an older version
Blender is freaking hard!!!
I second this, i tried it out last year and just couldn't get anything to work out.
Blender is as good as comercial software and it's free. I love it. I've only had it for one day...but I know I'll love it.
So how long did it take u guys to learn how to use blender?
spero di riuscirlo a imparare questo programma!!
There are lots of script for exporting, maybe there is something for Shockwave too. I think Google knows the answer ;)
@twistedmelno5,
schools in san antonio texas use Blender3D in school and the Malaysian Govt is planning on introducing high school students to Blender3D.
You can even find videos of the school which uses blender from
jbeckneisdnet's channel. You didnt look/check first.
Yea it is but its good
how can it make you feel good?
At 0.19 you probably got that from the spiderman 2 game
I'm going to be starting a film project and would love for you to be part of it?!? It's going to be an action adventure animation! Almost like an "Uncharted" kind of film
really, because i can do a lot of cool animation on maya, and most studio use maya and other software that i listed.
I think yes... maybe rendered with yafray, but made in blender.
if you make water do you use a plane with a texture and then animating it!
or do you bake fluids?
please response.
thx
...me to.
Yes, it's completely open Source.
You are very talanted i have no ideas how to work blender it confuses me i use milkshpae,shade8,hexagon,poser7
You talkin' about Blender 3D? It's free, and it works on macs.
Or just look at the instruction manual on the official website, that helped me a lot.
