  • Hi, in this video I introduce the basic concept behind the production of heart sounds along with the mechanisms of the first heart sound (S1).

    Please, continue producing this very high quality material. Don't be discouraged by the number of views. The nature of your topics is not for every physician.
    Very few would learn this delicate knowledge. The vast majority of physicians wouldn't. This doesn't mean that most physicians aren't good enough. It is just the way life is. Some people can be content to live with general superficial concepts, others would strive for deeper understanding. No one is wrong though!
    Number of views or subscribers is not an indicator whatsoever for how good your videos are. Your knowledge is outstanding. Your teaching skills are amazing and the script and drawings are genuine and could be a seed of concise text book of clinical cardiology. Go ahead and keep up the amazing good work.

    that's extremely fine and technically sound education.. very few would ever come up with such content.. most others will memorise the information and will make us memorise but this is next level thing .
