Zillow is said to be dumping a huge inventory of houses in the Orlando area market. Home prices are expected to plummet in that area.

Karen, thanks for these, the moving to Orlando crew keep saying that any property in the 250 to 400K range will have up to 80 people bidding for it. This is crazy, how ‘buyable’ are these properties you have just shown? we are coming from UK soon to live there and the buying process seems daunting?
Hey! yes that is true, that price point is very competitive right now, but you can always still get one. ( with a strong real estate agent) You just have to be prepared to pay over asking in most cases.

Kaleb!!!! Missed you. Happy belated Thanksgiving. 1st house. Nice front elevation. Unique floor plan. Don’t care to see part of the kitchen on entry. But as a rental, ok. Like that there’s a formal living room on entry and the everyday family room by the kitchen. Glad there’s an entrance from the pool to that first bathroom. No tracking wet through the house. Outdoor space is lovely. 2nd house. Ok. Another rental. Wonder if those columns in that front family room load bearing walls? Nice that you can access the pool from the primary. Love the pool but it seems awful close to the sliders. No room for a table or more loungers or outdoor kitchen. That’s a deal breaker. 3rd a townhome. Foreclosure? Looks decent. Again with the kitchen on entry. 2 seated area living rooms but no dining or nook. Nice lanai. A pool in the middle would’ve been nice to service those townhomes. Primary huge but the bath nice but small. This is one of the best foreclosures I have seen. Wait. Each bedroom has an en-suite. That is awesome. Now I have to rewind to remind myself if there was a 1/2 bath downstairs and there was. This is actually a nice townhome and furniture included. Ok Kaleb. Thanks much. See you next video.

House #1: Definitely dated, which might reduce its rental potential.
House #2: Not as dated as #1, has four bedrooms and some nice landscaping.
House #3: The front door entering directly into the kitchen? Not for me. Also, a high HOA.
If I had to choose among these three, I'd pick House #2!
