Hello sir, very good content. I would like to know that, if suppose during Covid scenario , business sales/turnover got affected & got reduced , then what will be its impact on drawing power/ Limit ?
Sir You mentioned in first part that business cannot withdraw more than sanctioned limit even if drawing power is more than that and then in later part of video You mentioned drawals are based on monthly drawing power. Please clear this doubt.
Sir ydi hamare pas money save h to in rupees ko investments product (mutual fund ,stock, real-estate etc) me dalana shi rhega ya business start karana shi rahega Kiya beneficial rahega....plz explain sir
In case business started in mid of year. In that case also the limit will be 20% of turnover or it will be proportionate based on operating cycle...? Like 2 cycles complete so limit will be based on oc or turnover...?
I think formula is 25% of sales less higher of 5% of sales or 1/5th of Net working capital (Current assets - current liabilities)...Kindly clarify on the same
i am working in public sector bank and while computing the same in system enabled for loans processing.... it shows some NWCL which gets deducted from 20% of turnover to compute eligible working capital.
Turnover method calculation me NWC bhi to consider hota hai na... 1. Menthod : 25% of turnover(Working capital requirement) - 5% of sale(margin) 2. Method : 25% of turnover(Working capital requirement)-NWC Which ever is lower Iss case me NWC bhi to consider hota hai na
Dear Sir, Well Explained and equally good at content part. Highly Appreciated. But I Have a Question in my mind what if a customer or a SSI Unit is having 8 or 10 Operating Cycles then also we need to go for 20 Percent as stated that MIN WC Limit should be 20 Percent.
I would like to know if it is minimum or maximum limit of Working capital for bank. Because it did not consider the cost of goods sold, as a company usually generates 20% gross profit from sales.
Dear Sir, recently the Banks are dividing the projected Turnover in 2 parts i.e. Digital Sales & Non-Digital sales where margin considered were 7.50% & 6.25% for 30 % of projected turnover & 25% of projected turnover. Why that 7.50 and 6.25, please explain-Thanks
Sir, a person has cc limit of rs.2 lac & now he wants to increase his cc limit by rs.5 lac.How it will be calculated on what basis & what transactions is required for that.
Credit sum=total turnover; if it is assumed that all transaction routed through bank a/c... in practical a portion of sales is done in cash. to calculate actual turnover you have to consider total Revenue of the concern.
Suppose a hardware store who has higher holding period and a fish seller has lower holding period. The sales suppose to be Rs. 1.00 crore. Then it will be over financing for a fish seller but under finance for a hardware store. How to calculate then
Sir, I have read somewhere that the margin money ( 5% ) is further reduced by actual net working capital ( CA - CL ).but don't get the logic..? Please through some light
Ya that is ANWC or actual margin by company I. E CA-CL OR LTU - LTS... NOW THE FIRM SHOULD HAVE A MARGIN OF 5% AND IF ANWC IS LESS THAN 5% THEN COMPANY HAS TO MEET OUT THE DIFFERENCE OR OTHERWISE LIMIT WILL BE 4* ANWC
You haven't explained about bringing in actual net working capital. If NWC is higher than 5% margin shouldn't we deduct the actual NWC from 25% for calculating actual MPBF (maximum permissible bank finance)
Sir i need your urgent attention ! we have an cc limit of 6 lakh from canara bank on our firm but we want to take one more another cc limit on same firm can we take ??

You haven't explained about bringing in actual net working capital. If NWC is higher than 5% margin shouldn't we deduct the actual NWC from 25% for calculating actual MPBF (maximum permissible bank finance)
