T, It was such a thrill to meet you in Burlington as we were loading our bikes. I'm sorry that the ride didn't go as planned for you. Your uplifting spirit even in times of adversity is what attracts me so much toward you. Thank you for taking us along. Until we meet again, please know that Sandy and I are two new friends. ❤
So proud of you , Congratulation I was in this ride with my hubby first time for me and 2nd time for him. I enjoyed watching the video it made me smile and brought back sweet memories the fog on the first day the rolling hills, the struggle to make it to the top only to find out that there's another coming that I stopped counting. I was able to conquer all the hills but not the " tent life " that at the end of day 3 I surrendered and call it a day .I took their ride service at 40 + mile / half way it was an 80 mile day that day . I was lucky to have at least 3 hrs of sleep. We were with Pork Belly too and we use their tent service but all the same at night we were surrounded with multiple tents that snore all night . The problem with being with their tent service is you are assigned with tent number that is yours for the entire week so you are with same group no way of moving your tent to another area on the next stop. I used to have those leg problem during rides as I refused to drink Gatorade and all alike but now I learned to drink those electrolyte drinks since then no more issues for me. I would like to do this again but now I'm exploring for indoor accommodation if this is even possible . I enjoyed the video thank you for sharing this sweet memories that I will cherish forever. New sub here so I can follow you
@@cecillenadela3752 Thanks for subscribing. Happy you enjoyed the video. Congratulations to you as well! Yes, those hills were no joke. I stopped counting after three. It was funny to hear other riders express the same sentiment as those hills kept popping up. I agree, if I do this ride again, I think I’ll do the inside service. Imagine trying to set up your tent with leg cramps.
For first timer was a very stiff elevation despite that you did a great job :) from know on try to ride as much possible so you can build stamina also the exercise will help tight your muscles. Bravo !!!!
That’s a MAJOR FLEX! 💪🏽 Yeah, you should be proud of yourself. If it were me, they would’ve had to resuscitate me at least twice. 😂 Congratulations are in order! 🍾
